CVS is hands down the worst pharmacy, my doctor sent my prescription 4x over the course of two days, CVS said they didn't receive it once I find that very hard to believe when my doctor on my end showed me it was signed sent and received. It's ridiculous its a urgent prescription and a non urgent staff. You can't even reach the pharmacy by phone you have to leave a voicemail (that's never returned) even using prescriber options now they've blocked calls so. Other than switching all my prescriptions over to Publix I urge you all to do the same.

Manager Danny is rude and aggressive. I shop at this CVS all the time. This is also my pharmacy of choice. Today I went in for Disney Christmas decor with my 7 yo daughter. We were so excited as we have seen this item advertised on Instagram. There were only 2 on the shelf and both were a little damaged. I took the items to the register to get help. There was a worker talking on his cell phone. He tells me to use the kiosk. I told him that I don't need the kiosk, I need help. He said "what do you want"? I asked him if there were more of these disney christmas decor. He told me that everything that's there is what they have. I asked if there's a discount for the item and tried to show him where the damage was. He yelled at me and said "NO!" and kept talking on his phone. I was shocked, and asked him who the manager is. He replied and said that he is the manager. I told him that he is not very nice, and that he shouldn't be yelling at customers like that. He followed me out the store and said "Yeah, say all that while you're walking away!" I was in shock at his behavior and how aggressive he was. Managers name is Danny, or so I was told. I called coorporate immediately and filed a complaint. This is unacceptable, and I have never had a bad experience at this store. I have been shopping at this store since 2018. I would love to hear back as this is unacceptable.

Danny and Colleen are so sweet and attentive every single time I come in, and I'm a frequent visitor. Truly kind, hard working people. You can tell they are both an asset to this company! Give em' raise !

Ridiculously rude all the way around. I had a couple bags with me as I'm spending a week or so with my girlfriend in Lakeland and she is picking me up. So as I enter I immediately get scolded to put my bags over in the corner as he keeps his arm stretched out pointing over in the corner until I get over there in overly dramatic fashion. With several other customers in line. Then as I'm tryjng to match up my coupons (I have saved $2800 since 2019) the "manager" and the other worker continue to sweat me like I'm tryjng to steal something. Again 2862.76 since 2019, and I'm a disabled veteran and that's how I get treated. Oh yeah the final love I was shown the worker loudly asks me if I need help because they were closing soon. (It was 9:30pm they close at 10pm.) I say no, there's plenty of time. Then at 9:40 the manger says bring up all items they close in 10 minutes. I was the only one in the store. Yeah great great treatment. That's got to be the straw. It's time to say goodbye CVS. That's pathetic.

Ms. Patti was absolutely THE MOST CARING, DEDICATED, KIND AND HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I CAN EVER REMEMBER BEING SERVED BY..... She genuinely went SO FAR out of her way to be certain we had absolutely anything and everything we could need while taking into consideration our individual circumstances as people ..... I sincerely couldn't possibly go into every last way that woman made clear her concern for us and others in such a small space in time, only to swear that I will never EVER forget that lady... She is genuinely A WORLD. CLASS. GEM. PERIOD.

In this store, I had a horrible encounter where I was racially profiled when I entered to look at the pre-workout drinks in the refrigerator section. A middle-aged man welcomed me when I entered the store and asked if he could help me find anything. After I told him no, he left the aisle he was working on and moved over to the aisle next to me, where he pretended to be facing merchandise. I put the drink back and walk away once I realize he is watching me. Ten minutes after I arrive at home, three police officers knock on my door and inform me that I have been reported as having stolen from that particular store. I felt so humiliated. Hopefully this store can do a better job at not racially profiling again.

First, I want to say Lori is absolutely that bad that I gave this pharmacy a 2 star rating even though I have to say the rest of the staff from front to back is awesome! I do have to agree with other posts stating the they NEVER answer their phones; but the actual reason why I'm no longer using CVS due to Lori's (one of the 2 pharmacists at the Belcher/Ulmerton location) horrible customer service as well as her inability to do a very important part of her job which is ordering needed medications for patients trusting CVS to simply just do their jobs. I was told to give a week's notice prior to needing my pain medication filled, which I did. When it came time to pick up my morphine that I have needed for over 4 years, not only wasn't she able to fill my entire prescription, but she also lied to me when she said she doesn't have control over what medications are sent to them. She tried telling me that CVS just sends whatever medication they feel like selling to their pharmacies? This is actually what she tried telling me. I'm not going through the hassle of listing the many medications I take as a type 1 diabetic, a Whipple survivor for Pancreatic Cancer, a 2 time massive heart attack survivor, as well as the many prescriptions I need to prevent further serious health issues stemming from the conditions I have mentioned. Just for an idea, my ZenPep I require every time I eat costs over $17,000 for every fill as well as the insulin for my type 1 diabetes and the Brilinta for my 2 heart attacks to help prevent my stents from clogging. Again, Lori is 100% why I have taken my business elsewhere. Gabby (the other pharmacist) and the rest of the staff are awesome, but Lori is absolutely worthless in every sense of the word. Not only can't she simply order the medications called in by doctors for their patients, but in combination with her piss poor attitude, she should NEVER AGAIN be allowed to have any contact with any customer for any reason whatsoever. SHE NEEDS FIRED IMMEDIATELY AND NEVER ALLOWED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING INVOLVING PATIENTS EVER AGAIN!

The Pharmacy in particular has always been so great and helpful the whole 3 yrs over been using them. Thongsa the pharmacy tech today was awesome she really saved me money on my script today when I needed it the most and she was super friendly also. Thank you so much Thongsa.

The pharmacy is very unprofessional and disorganized, twice I have been given the wrong prescription, twice they have told me I did not have a prescription that I had been told by a tech it would be ready the next day,Today I was told that my prescription wasn't scheduled for a refill for a week when I had already been out of it for a week due to the pharmacy hours that are very inconvenient, it has taken a month in the past to get the correct meds,I will never be going back here it is dangerous messing with people's meds and lives like that

The employees are friendly and very pleasant.The three star rating is because I have been asking the pharmacy to group my grandfather's medications for a single pickup for over 6 months and they simply fail to do so every time. I have asked no less than five times myself and my grandfather has tried several times as well.

Tried calling to get ahold of the pharmacy because my Dr kept sending over a script that I needed filled. They don't answer phones over there and tell you to check the status in the app. I download the app and check my order status and they've got nothing in there for me. My Dr sent the script over 2 separate times and it didn't go through for whatever reason, and you can't get ahold of anyone without physically walking in there.
