I love my CVS at Bryan Dairy and Starkey Road fortunately I moved to Tarpon Springs recently and I got to find a new CVS to go to and Tarpon Springs I hope that they treat me as well or better than Pinellas parking.

Ditch your garbage voicemail service and answer the phone you guys aren't selling trinkets and Christmas ornaments you sell life dependent products that people rely on you are not in a business that gives you the luxury to have a system that's impossible to talk to a human just more proof that the entire American health care system from top to bottom is an absolutely laughable corrupt joke

Greeted by the cashier when I walked in! I had an appointment and was seen by ‘Erin Cook’ at the minute clinic. She explained everything we would be doing during my visit and was very kind. This is not my first time coming into minute clinic and I’ve always had a positive experience at this location.

I was looking for an eye pencil sharpener and had looked at 2 other stores. Finally, a wonderful CVS clerk found not one, but TWO eye pencil sharpeners! Yay CVS ??

New policy!!! The pharmacist has a new policy that they no longer accept live phone calls!!!!Whattttt!!! For what we pay for insurance and medication now you’re unable to speak to pharmacist when you have a question-UNBELIEVABLE!!!This is DISRESPECTFUL AND INHOSPITABLE!!!! I recommend switching to Publix pharmacy they will still accept customer phone calls in their pharmacy department!!!

I come to this pharmacy very frequently and rarely have a problem however this time there was a medication that my insurance didn’t cover and they REFUSED to use my good Rx card. The pharmacist lied to my face telling me he cannot use it for a “controlled” substance and charged me the full cost of this medication. I told the tech I’ve never had this issue before and he tells me it’s “location discrepancy”. I WON’T be returning to this money hungry place. 0/5 stars ⭐️

Love shopping at this CVS! All the employees are so helpful and friendly! I always find the products I’m looking for on their shelves! My prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner! ?

Bought two items. Scanned two items the scanner called the manager saying "remove items from front of scanner." There was nothing there to remove. When manager came over, she said nothing, went through my bag, I asked if the machine did this all of the time. She said yes! I started asking her what the point was for me to skip the line and do self checkout if I have to wait for manager anyhow. She walked away without saying a word! I took my mother home,went back and returned items.Also, I usually pay a a dollar to 4 dollars for cheap Soduko books. One item returned was a small Soduko book identical to dollar trees and CVS price was 7.99!

Don't go here expecting them to take Amazon returns like all the other CVS stores- they don't. The worker said so many people come in asking about returns- probably because most do.

We scheduled some immunizations here and came a bit early. No problem! The staff were friendly and helpful although they had to explain, one of the immunizations we had reserved was not available. They were so apologetic and kind that we just got the shots we could get and came back the next week. As recommended, we called ahead the next time and they confirmed they had it this time. This shot apparently has to be frozen or very cold or something. We popped in and were done in just a few minutes. Easy peasy! Thanks CVS! Life is good with proactive steps for health!
