I've been going to this pharmacy for several years and in the past would have rated it much lower. Recently I've had a much better experience here and as I'm not afraid to post when I've had a bad experience I feel I should say that the staff has been helpful. This is a busy pharmacy and while I don't like that you need to leave a message instead of speaking to someone, they do return calls and have responded when we need something. I don't like that CVS in general closes for lunch but these people have to eat. The line here can get long at times and some customers get rude and butt in line but the staff does try to give everyone their attention and move as quickly as they can. At this time the staff here is pretty good so 5 stars from me today from my recent experiences.

The people in the pharmacy are very nice but they are understaffed and do not answer the phone and the phone is shut off after 6pm which is a real inconvenience because some things can’t be done on the app or through the automated phone system and you need to speak to a human. NOPE you have to drive there even if you don’t feel good normally to be told “it will be done in about an hour” They need to hire more techs so they can answer the phone and help patients.

Manager was rude and oblivious to my wife's needs. Go across the street to Walgreens has everything you want and very friendly! Zero rating "0"

Personally I love this pharmacy it’s open 24/hrs and the staff is friendly and that’s just awesome. I’ve never had a problem been going for 5 years now

If I could give 0 stars I would and I write this review I will be contacting their corporate offices the pharmacists and the assistant's should ALL be fired they're rude condescending and a bunch of liars if you don't want to fill a prescribed controlled substance III just state that and not be a rude condescending liar and say that you don't fill scripts from my Dr when a patient and the doctor himself said to go there but I could overlook that if they weren't so rude and nasty and make you feel like you're a junkie when the meds you need shows them that you're clean and NOT a junkie I have never been talked to like that in my life and I cried in my car when I left how dare they treat anyone like that when you have assistants dressed up like grungy animals (furrys) and the pharmacist doesn't look like a model citizen either! How dare you people treat paying customers this way who do you think you are?! You better hope you don't see me outside of your work

I went CVS last night and when I arrived at the counter the pharmacist was having a lengthy personal chat at the pharmacy window. He was discussing personal family matters, his education, a woman he's with, his family situation , laughing, thanking the person for giving him a good path, etc etc. After a loooong time I eventually walked over and asked him if anyone else was working. He barely looked over and said no and resumed his personal conversation. Obviously, he was in no hurry to help me. I waited another 15 minutes or so and asked him again if this was going g to take a while. He didn't look over and plugged his left ear with his finger and continued his personal conversation at the window. Then I decided to call the pharmacy in an attempt to make him return to work. He did not acknowledge that a call was coming in to the pharmacy. He finally ended his personal counseling session with the person at the window and decided to take care of me. Meanwhile, my daughter had gone to ask a store manager to help which we found out they could not. The pharmacist finally decides to come up to the pick up counter. He did not have a name badge on and I asked him his name and he declined to give it to me. I explained to him that if I treated patients like he treated me I would rightfully be called in for counseling or a write up. I told him that I understand that sometimes patients require more time and all he had to do was acknowledge me and tell me he'd be right with me. I could have had a seat and he might have done the right thing and returned to doing his job. I told him he was young and had a lot to learn about patient care and he proceeded to tell me that he had not ever seen anything like that before and was very condescending. I repeated some of his personal conversation and he backed down a bit. I went into the store rather than driving in because I needed some OTC meds because I had a procedure earlier in the day. My daughter informed him that I could barely stand for so long a time. I reminded him that people are at the pharmacy because they are not feeling well and need help, not this extremely rude treatment. He finally told me his name because I asked again, still no name badge. My entire family have been patients of this pharmacy for 20 years and I have never seen anyone treated like I was. I live closer to another CVS and choose to go to this store. That now may change. My insurance is taken at Publix. Please find a way to discipline Robert so that no other patients has to be treated without manners and compassion. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people at the pharmacy are rude as hell and discriminate and don't care about other people. I went to the ER last night for second degree burns and a turn ligament in my knee, they put me in a knee brace and gave me crutches because the pain was so bad I couldn't walk. They sent out a prescription to this pharmacy for pain medication because it was the closest that was open 24 hours. I spent over $20 on an Uber to go all the way over there and I get there to pick up my prescription and I tell the lady at the front she goes to the back and the guy in the back looks at me and gave me (I swear my boyfriend noticed it too) this dirty *ss look like I was disgusting. They continue talking to each other then she comes to the front and tells me they don't have my prescription and it's been back ordered for months and they won't tell me where I can get it filled. I call the ER back and they say that's weird because if they didn't have it they should be able to tell me who does. I have them send it to my usual pharmacy and I call in the morning when they opened and I asked to make sure they had it and told them about the story of this CVS. They said that that was really weird, it shouldn't be back ordered, they haven't had any issues, and they said they might have not wanted to fill it because of the type of medicine it was. And I remembered how rude they were to me and the look the guy gave me when the lady at the front told him what medicine it was. Completely disrespectful. I will also be leaving this review on yelp because this is ridiculous. I was literally in crutches and full leg brace and couldnt walk. To discriminate and not fill meds because of the type of medication and what their opinion is ...these people should be fired. And it seems like from reviews they do this to other people too.

Held for 30 minutes to talk to pharmacy and then they hung up on me. I never got to talk to anyone in the pharmacy.

No customer service or support! The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. As an RN I can tell you that customer service is extremely important to our community. This store is horrible for our community. Condescending attitudes and uncaring responses are the experiences you will endure at this location. JUST READ THE REVIEWS! Corporate has been notified people. You can't treat people like this. I'm going to Publix!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They are horribly unorganized. They are incredibly rude. Good luck getting your prescriptions filled in a timely manner. If you need to speak to a human about your prescriptions be prepared to spend at least a half an hour on the phone with the automated machine. Also, don't expect any actual answers to the questions you have because no one working there seems to have a clue what's going on. Don't waste your time going here, you'll regret it.

They are very rude with the customer. Don't even know how to give an information. One lady hung up on me. They are very mean. Plus, you have to wait like half an hour to be helped

Tried to charge $243 for something that cost $9 at Walmart. I needed it as Walmart was closed so speny my night walking. Miss the old days, or years long gone, when pharmacist could give you something to help you make it through the night or weekend. Won't be dealing with CVS anymore. Prices are outrageous.
