“Amazing compared to my other option two blocks away AVOID:Family Dollar their store is always a cluttered mess has smell of a pet store or better yet its likely odor of RODENTS infestation.Specifically SMELLED of rodent matter!!! DOLLAR GENERAL is THE BEST!! NEVER had nor ever seem to have a disgusting SMELLS/ odors. LALWAYS has PLEASANT odor perfect for my neighborhood Storecompared to Family Dollar.”

The store had a great selection. I found two things i had been looking everywhere for. They just need to GET SOME HELP.!!”

“Been coming here since February after moving a mile down the road! Been coming here several times a week, to avoid Walmart at all costs!! Chilled laid back and friendly vibe from all the employees I’ve met over the past 6 months. They have a variety of products that are mostly cheaper then Walmart and other stores nearby.Employees: awesome awesome awesome! Everyone of the them! Starting with Julia who I remember from January when I visited a month before moving here! Julia is super friendly, cool, and always goes out of her way to help you find what your are looking for! Can’t remember the names of all the employees right now so shout out to the red beard guy who I call family dollar spiritual guru! Lady of rage with her awesome hair And quick wit! Super awesome manager from Akron Ohio my home state! Red haired lady who takes all my change when I got to get rid of my change! My bud who always messes with me every time I’m in there and trolls me he knows what I’m talking about! You guys are family Dollar superheroes!Pricing: Prizing here is cheaper on a lot of its products. Food here is more expensive than Walmart in my opinion though but everything else from deodorant to household supplies is much much cheaper so it balances out!Overall This family dollar is my favorite family dollar including back home where I’m from and everywhere else I’ve lived! Fantastic job Family Dollar on Roosevelt! Thank you for all your awesome service, products, the most important are your friendly employees! I don’t have to tell them i am a lifelong customer….they see me every day mostly! Thanks family $$$ and keep up the good work!!”

“I hadn’t been to this Family Dollar store since before the virus and was pleasantly surprised by how orderly the store appeared. Clothes were neatly organized on the racks, instead of strewn about the floor like before. Your staff, a friendly helpful woman named Ruthy helped me find exactly what I needed by walking me back to the correct isle instead of just sending me to look for myself. Employees like her, giving good customer service, is what brings customers back to your store. Please let management what a gem they have in Ruthy !!”

“Love the Dollar Tree!This store is my favorite because of your friendly and helpful staff. Danny, Kelly and Sabrina were working on the registers and greeting folks as they entered the store on 12/08/22 and made my shopping experience a delight. Their friendly conversations with customers were often filled with laughter and pleasantries. Everyone including myself left happier then when they entered. That’s quite a gift. Thank you!There also was a young lady who’s name I didn’t get working hard sticking shelves and was very helpful in showing me where to find things.Merry Christmas and many Blessings”

“I’m a 6yr loyal customer & I say don’t even let it come to mind to ever let Karen go I will never come back ?Karen truly deserves better when it comes to her new staff, That dude with the long hair not only is he a awful grouch to the customers and follows certain folks around like a magnetic detective and doesn’t know how to hide his hate for certain folks & clearly shows you your being store stalked, no one wants to come back to the store because of that dude theirs folks in nearby apartment community having conversations about how awful this guy is to certain folks, jeeez he’s neighborhood news, that was so embarrassing to have 2 men on seen day before yesterday and every shelf’s was bare naked almost. So yesterday I goes back to the store & soon as I opened the door the place was well stocked so fast and early, Well ofcourse KARENS back, what the hell would you do without her”

“I love most things that are a dollar but this is my favorite spot to go for most things. The workers are lovely and the place is clean and organised, I typically check here 1st for anything I need i.e. party or art supplies, holiday decorations, presents and toys, flip flops, organizers, cute dishes, and most importantly, snacks! A+ guys.”
