Love these stores for the bubble packing envelopes but never consistent on the same ones being available. Selling on eBay with this last 4 nightmare year economy and need these envelopes regularly.

Horrible customer service and a disaster of a store. I asked the " Manager " for help to look for a box of product that I needed. She couldn't be bothered. She said no I can't do that as she sat on the floor slowly putting things on a rack. FYI - I own a store and if one of my employees did that they would be written up and fired if it happened again.

A disastrous mess of a store! You can go in there anytime of any day and boxes blocking the aisles are there, the shelves are empty, and God forbid you need someone to help you, forget that. The checkout lines are long and slow. The employees have the nastiest attitudes I have ever run into. Dollar Tree has gotten greedy and forgotten that the customer is why they are still open. I will be going to Walmart instead of Dollar Tree from now on. I can get the same unprofessional treatment and ignored there, but at least the aisles are typically not full of boxes, and I can get my cart down the aisle.

This place has the worst customer service! I left feeling ganged up on by employee Chris and a blonde manager who both showed no respect or kindness to me as a customer . Chris had headphones in his ears and went out of his way to be a jerk and to be vindictive and they both argued with me. I live close by, so I’ve spent a ton of money in that store in largo mall. I can 100% say that myself or my family will never ever return again.

I just watched an employee Chris go out of his way to egg on a customer about Google reviews.. Well here is a review for you! That's inappropriate behavior and should be dealt with immediately. Trying to start fights while your on the clock is not justified.

If it weren't for Jamie I would leave one star. So rude in this place except her. The blond manager never smiles and acts like it's a problem to help you, same with the young guy they have working there. I think his name is Chris. Such rude people. If you don't like your job, find a new one. If it's hard to be kind go into telemarketing or something. Thank you Jamie for the kindness you showed me and my children...

Love this Dollar Tree. They have way better items than the one close to where I live. Kenny, the cashier is also so awesome and sweet. Very nice and awesome human being. Dollar Tree is soooo lucky to have him as an employee.

This is by far the worst dollar tree in the area. Always sold out of everything food & drink. Other ones in the area have stock. This dollar tree however has has the friendliest staff of any dollar tree I've ever been to!

The store manager (Largo Mall) suggested a order my bulk order ($500) on line and have it delivered to the store, so I did. However it was 4 cases short. When I asked the manager for some type of receipt saying it was incomplete she said, "she couldn't give me one, to take it up with the online store or refuse the entire order." I called the online customer service who attempted to call her, but she didn't answer the phone and wouldn't speak to them on my phone. She went out of her way to be difficult because I simply asked for a receipt. I attempted to leave the store with my last basket and she held on to it saying I couldn't leave until the police arrived. She called the police because she didn't like my tone of voice. The merchandise was mine and already paid for! When the police arrived she gave me my merchandise which was for the Bay Pines VA Homeless Vet Standdown in two days. When the cashier checked me out she gave me a copy of the stores receipt which very clearly showed my 4 cases were never shipped! All the store manager had to do was show me that in the first place! She deliberately set out to antagonize me because I wanted proof the order was short and she was too lazy to print one. I didn't know if it hadn't been shipped, stolen or stocked. This woman has a control issue.

So impressed with how much this store has been cleaned up and organized! So much easier to shop here with a broader selection. The employees are delightful. Give it another try!
