If I could give a zero I would have. I like walking to this store. It is convenient to my home. But the day staff use language in the store that is profane and vulgar. If I had one of my grandchildren with me today, I would have walked out. Complaining in front of customers and profanity should not be allowed or tolerated when the store is open. I get that it can be frustrating dealing with the public. But learn to control yourself.

Was in here this morning to do some shopping. The workers in the store are all miserable……complaining the whole time I was there. I won’t go back in this location ever again.

Guy working here this morning was incredibly rude. I asked what aisle to check out in and he got mad at me that it's not an aisle. It's a checkout lane. Seriously??? Never coming back here. Listen, I know it's a crappy job, but you have to be nice to your customers

I am a 13 year old boy who likes to shop for affordable items at my local dolar tree when today, on December 6th, I was wrongfully accused of shoplifting by, I guess what was the manager, when all I was doing was looking at christmas gifts. She said that I gave her a look , and that made her think that I was stealing, and out of nowhere without any warning, she yelled at me to get out. I was very confused and tried to explain that all I was doing was looking for christmas gifts for my family, she said I was lying, and accused me of being a part of a group of kids that stole from the store before, I immediately asked for the camera footage of me stealing, and she denied saying that she doesnt need to listen too a little kid. I was very upset by this entire situation, given that I've shopped here many times.

Walked in the door, and immediately, I heard one of the employees loudly complaining that customers are awful. She hates people. She can't believe that she has to put up with them.
Older blonde lady, with a messy bun.
And the coworker that she was complaining to, just stood there nodding.
And this went on while I was shopping. I couldn't take any more. I left.
I was in there to pick up hurricane supplies to donate.
Nope. I won't ever be going back to this location.

The male worker in the store tonight followed me around every corner. Made me SO uneasy. I finally said something and he was silent, which made me even more uneasy. Install cameras if you’re worried about theft. Don’t have males (or anyone) follow people silently around the store. I wanted to browse other isles but felt so incredibly uneasy with him following me around I paid and left.

Went here today, September 12th ,2024, with my family. I'm not super impressed with this Dollar Tree . Had a medical smell in there . They had a decent amount of Halloween/ Fall section . It was just ok. Nothing special....
