My husband recently bought a van for his painting business here. The van didn't have shelves inside or a ladder rack on top and they installed both, at no charge, prior to him picking up the van. My husband took the van to Firestone Auto Care for a minor issue shortly after purchasing van, and Firestone ended up causing other issues which led to my husband to having to have the van towed home by AAA as it overheated. He let Direct Connect know what happened and they had the van towed from our home to their shop and their mechanic fixed Firestones mistakes and didn't charge at all. They even gave us a check paying for half of the Firestone invoice. My husband says he's loving the new van and would highly recommend this place!

Just bought another van to add to our fleet. Alan and Kyle made the process super simple. They keep only the cleanest vans on their lot. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Finding a reliable work van for our employees was not an easy task until we found Direct Connect Commercial! Alan made this so quick and easy for us. The prices are fair, they clean the vehicles top to bottom looking basically brand new, and they were very trustworthy. Something difficult to find in this market. We will be back!

Alan and Kyle have now helped me purchase 2 vehicles for my business, both of the vans are in great condition and drive perfectly. Both Alan and Kyle very honest, helpful, and really wanted to get me the best vehicle for my money. Hoping to be back soon for another van, thanks guys!!!

Not gonna lie I was a little suspicious about all the great reviews, I definitely thought there was something fishy going on but honestly it was a good representation of how they do business. Don’t let the small exterior fool you they run a business PROFESSIONALLY. Something you can’t say about most dealerships. The price for the van I was looking for was reasonable when compared to other vans on the market, they had a CARFAX on file, and they do maintenance checks on their vehicles before selling them. They’re also very upfront with the issues the van had or had replaced with proof. The paperwork process was pretty quick since it was digital and took less than a few hours which in the past has been a full day process at other dealerships. They also have a 3 month warranty which you don’t really expect on a used car. Good place to find a van. Very professional and no pushy salesman. Would recommend!!!

Hands down a great used cargo van dealer. They are very picky on what they buy to resell. Super clean vans and the interior is beyond impeccable. If you are in need of a work vehicle go here if they have something you like. My company has purchased 2 vans from them and have been a great addition to my fleet. Kyle and Alan go far above and beyond when it comes to customer service and good reliable used vans. When I need another I will be going back to them to see what they have. Vehicles purchased: 2018 Nissan VU 200 and 2018 Ford Econoline Transit Cargo Van.

My company purchased a work van from Alan. I have bought multiple vans in the past from other dealers and this was the best experience. It’s hard to find a used work van at decent price and Alan delivered. I plan to buy all future vans for my fleet from Direct Connect Commercial and Alan.

After looking around at many local dealers I ended up purchasing a van from direct connect. I own a business and can appreciate that these guys are not out to sell you a lemon for a quick buck. They sell clean quality vehicles at a fair price. Every vehicle has a car fax report and is inspected by a local mechanic. Any mechanical issues will be taken care of before it's listed for sale. They are very transparent and upfront. I will definitely purchase more vehicles from them in the future.

Very good experience! I bought a cargo van with 105,000 miles and it looks like new.they spent $1900 on the van before I purchased it on brakes all the way around and a new radiator and a new power steering pump! they made sure it was in the best possible condition before I bought it!
