I was picked up from the body shop and I was able to also drop off the car at the body shop. That was very convenient. I can't comment on the price as it was paid by the other driver's insurance. I liked that also!

Was not the car I was promised even tho I booked it a week ahead. The car smell like weed really bad but was told that was the perfume they used to cover up a cigarette odor someone might have had on their clothing. The Charger was a smooth ride tho for 168 miles down and back.

Marquis was terrific at this location. It was really busy when we arrived but he handled things super smoothly. He was very professional and got us an exceptional price. We have family in the area and will be using enterprise again for sure!

The customer service at ENTERPRISE rental on Largo and Clear in Florida. We’re absolutely wonderful during the crisis of dealing with the wrongful death of my father and having to travel and my 91-year-old mother on hospice in and out of hospitals and they just were absolutely compassionate understanding and no, they just provided excellent service and worked with me and I am grateful for that. They are wonderful people. Thank you. I would absolutely recommend them and utilize them again

Decent my only complaint is the first time we rented a car, we were able to rent with debit with no issues. This time even with a local address we had to verify with utilities bill. Luckily we had our statements on our phone. Maybe consistency across the board for training would help

I reserved a Premium SUV for 12/27/2024 and have been calling them every hour since 9AM to find out if I will get the vehicle I reserved. Nobody answers the phone. They can't be that busy for four straight hours nonstop. I am incredibly nervous that I may end up with something different.

Other than a miscommunication about about getting one of the days for free. All in all was a good service. Would like the free day back atleast.

some people (especially the florida elderly folk) love to yell at service people. their power is useless here, as the staff at this location is a delight, even under immense pressure. they have way more cars than they have space for because of the hurricane, so there is a space issue on turn in. it will be ok. the staff here are cheery and lovely, and i left a better person after dropping my car off here
