Veronica is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable about contacts and glasses! You can tell that she loves her job. She was able to have Tom in the lab fix my lens that kept popping out. Thank you for that and as I understand it- you also had to heat up the plastic on my glasses to re-roll them so the lens fit better!
All of that while I sat for a couple minutes to wait! Thank you so much!

I had a screw from the hinge disappear. I came to Eyeglass World of Seminole for emergency repair. Kayla took care ofme. She was very friendly and quick help. My guess clients must be treated very well all the time. Seriously thinking coming back for some new glasses..Kayla, Thank you!

I came into eye glass world today very frustrated . I have a vacation planned to Puerto Rico. So I ordered sunglasses three weeks ago from Visionworks. I got a phone call today that they will not be ready and they do not have a Date for me when they’re gonna be ready. So frustrated I canceled them. I went to eyeglass world today and they gave me the same glasses for $100 cheaper Without the insurance. And let me tell you they are the same day service no waiting three weeks. You’re thinking about getting glasses. This is 100% way to go. Ms Veronica and ms Kayla were so helpful. They help me call them get my money back helped me with the insurance too. I was there over 2 hrs trying to figure out this mess vision works got me into. THESE WOMEN SAVED MY VACATION. I couldn’t thank them enough. If you read this far don’t think twice go to them asap.

Today I had ripped one of my contacts and went into Eyeglass World on Seminole Boulevard to see about getting some contacts. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, but thanks to Kayla N I found out they will price match as well! With her help finding a decent price online, I was able to afford a pair that will hold me over until my new ones come in the mail! Thank you so much to Kayla and Eyeglass World! I highly recommend anyone who needs them to go to this store! 10/10 recommend.

Yesterday I lost my glasses and I was in a panic. I rushed over to Eyeglass World at 6pm. Found a pair of glasses and Kayla helped check me out. Bob is the winner here as he got my glasses ready within 20 mins. Veronica checked me out/check the glasses. Honestly the whole team were rockstars. Thank you so much!

I was visiting Florida from KY when my glasses lost a nose piece. I stopped in and Pam and Kayla quickly fixed my issue and to my surprise they didn’t charge me anything! What a great team!
