EZ Network Solutions is the best computer repair company I've used in Pinellas County. Super professional and responsive. Our problem involved WIFI and Home Network issues which we had no idea how to fix. Ernest Ezell came out, knew exactly what to do, and had all devices up and running in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

If they were there according to the hours on the door.....duh. A sign be back at 11:30am, nope they were not, went there 3 times today. Guess they have all the money and work they want. Won't consider them again

I am very lucky to have found this place and the owner Ernest. I took a old laptop that had gone to a black screen after a update and a new laptop my wife had bought about a year ago. I was hoping he could retrieve the data from the old one and transfer it to the new laptop. He not only was able to save my data but he also was able to repair the old laptop and reload the data. Ernest the owner is not only very knowledgeable but a really nice guy. He was able to explain everything so even a old guy like me could understand. He explained how it's a good thing to bring your computer in for regular maintenance to help keep it working fast. His prices are very reasonable. If your computer is giving you problems take it here. I am going to bring my wife's laptop in for a checkup. Thanks Ernest.

Not sure this business is in operation any longer as of 1/24/21. Tried to drop off a laptop during stated business hours and there wasn't anyone there. Left voicemail messages and no return call. Have used the business in prior years and it was great!

Walked into ubreakifix and someone from behind a wall said, “we’ll be right with you.” There was someone in there already. Another person walked in...no acknowledgement. A young man came to the front desk without speaking a word to anyone of us. I left. I looked up computer repairs quickly in Google and found EZ Network Solutions. Great reviews!! His personality...wow!! So friendly and upfront. So happy I found this place!!

First off; I highly-recommend this business. Earnest was very kind and honest, as well as helpful and informational. I called the store looking for a product and had a few questions. Although I needed the product immediately (my mistake made this happen), he was able to guide me in the right direction and explain to me a couple things I didn’t know (specifically about laptop RAM). Price-wise: this company probably cannot be beat. For my proposed service, it would have cost $90. For another local company that is well-reviewer, it was approximately $180-$200. No, thanks, to the other company.Thank you, Earnest, for being honest and running this amazing company the way you do!

Last year when my old laptop was having problems, EZ Network Solutions did a bang-up job in upgrading it with Windows 10. It was performed quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price.However this year, in fact for the last several months, EZ had my computer because it kept shutting down. I suspected it was a dying power supply, but the owner didn't do anything for two weeks. When I called him, he said he didn't recall what I had said was wrong with it. I graciously went through it again. Heck anyone can forget when he's busy, right?Well, that was in late August and since then I have been unable to get hold of him. I left phone messages and even slipped notes in the door. We tried talking to the neighbors to no avail. There was never anyone who answered the door or the phone.Finally my wife drove up today and his car was there. She knocks on the door and he answers. When asked what the trouble has been, he says that he had a death in the family.Let me be clear: I am terribly sorry about others' difficulties in life and I go the extra mile to give them benefit of the doubt. I am very sorry about his situation, but he never replied to a multitude of my entreaties. If he had called to explain, I would have understood. He told my wife he had over 70 messages. I suspect that 20 of them were from me, never yelling or threatening but always polite. He owed me a call, at very least, over this period of time.Well, I have my computer and it still shuts off after it is on for a while, but at least I know where it is. I have had excellent service at EZ before, but this last episode leaves me very cold about this place. I suggest others seeking computer service take heed.

Absolutely THE best place to get your computer repaired, virus and malware removed, and/or improved. The owner, Ernest Ezell, is a true tech whiz, and will spend the time with you to find out what's wrong, and what you want done. He'll also take the time to make sure your repair is correct, and that you at least sort-of understand what happened.All in all, a great place to go when your computer fails. You be glad you read this review!

Horrible service! Paid for a battery that was never given to me. I called for 3 months straight. He forwarded my calls I had to call off someone else’s phone to even get a answer from this guy. When he finally answers the phone he has not 1 explanation for why he never got back with me. Then he hung up in my face 4 times. I would NEVER recommend ANYBODY to do business with this sorry excuse for a business man.
