Cashier got annoyed that I paid with cash and rest on card. Price came up to $5.44 and I gave her $4.95 in cash but she only put in $4.00 and kept the $0.95 then charged me the remaining $1.44 on my card.

No star for this company.
It is incredible that this company has managers who are abusers. mistreating the employee physically and mentally they don't have that lady's name Maurine in that store she has no heart or empathy towards others and demands respect when she is a mocking racist and extremely abusive they shouldn't have people like that. I don't recommend it.

Disorganized bins of products all over the store that you have to avoid like an obstacle course. No one at the cash register with a bell and a sign that says “ring for service”. I rang the bell and stood at the register for another 5 minutes watching the associate stand outside talking and smoking instead of coming to help. I ended up leaving the items at the register and walking out. The associate is still standing outside while I am sitting in my car writing this review.

The lady running the show there needs a vacation and a massage, she’s so lovely and definitely trying her best <3 I love you family dollar lady I wish I got your name but your a good human and remember to never give up! The economy might be wacked but us humans aren’t!

I’m a 6yr regular at this location & it’s always been home & That’s how Karen always kepted our environment just peaceful & loving & such caring and fulfilling service this store makes family dollar feel like we are a million dollars when we walk in this door & today I walked in and low n behold another beautiful employee by the name of Mike ?service with a smile & such respectful and home feeling conversation & 5 star service very humbled I felt the level of customer service surpasses a 10 star ⭐️ We Like Mike.

I’m a 6yr loyal customer & I say don’t even let it come to mind to ever let Karen go I will never come back ?Karen truly deserves better when it comes to her new staff, That dude with the long hair not only is he a awful grouch to the customers and follows certain folks around like a magnetic detective and doesn’t know how to hide his hate for certain folks & clearly shows you your being store stalked, no one wants to come back to the store because of that dude theirs folks in nearby apartment community having conversations about how awful this guy is to certain folks, jeeez he’s neighborhood news, that was so embarrassing to have 2 men on seen day before yesterday and every shelf’s was bare naked almost. So yesterday I goes back to the store & soon as I opened the door the place was well stocked so fast and early, Well ofcourse KARENS back, what the hell would you do without her

I pre-clipped coupons before going into this Family Dollar. I’m here in East Bay, which I never use because of the location but it’s closest to my house so I figured I’ll give it a try. They have stickers that tell you the sale price of an item so tide pods 34 count was supposed to be four dollars off. I go up to the counter and it’s not in the app so they wouldn’t honor the four dollar off ticket. I checked the date on it. It was not expired yet. They would not honor it! The woman “whom is the manager because they are the ones that are supposed to put the tags up”was putting up tickets completely, disregarded the whole situation and went to the back, and the guy upfront acted like the issue did not exist. Period to say that these employees are lazy is an understatement, should’ve contacted a manager to override the transaction and take the four dollars off. I will not be returning back to the store. Higher some employees that actually want to do their job.

This Family Dollar is in the same center as Publix so I always shop here first to save a bunch on grocery items, they are friendly and have a wide assortment.

This is one of the BESTFamily Dollars in the state of Florida .Absolutely hands down a WONDERFUL staff .ESPECIALLY the manager Karen .Cannot ask for a better place to shop.

Angry manager and stocker. I walked down, an aisle that a man was stocking. He yelled at me for walking around the boxes in the aisle to pass through. I told the manager, she defended him and said, people shouldn’t walk down that aisle. I recommended roping off the aisle. She walked away from me. Horrible customer service. Why is everyone so angry?

Great shopping experience. Staff is so helpful helping me find items on my list. And then suggested the Smart coupon app. I not only saved on items purchased I also got a bonus 5.00 off for signing up. The ladies made my day with their help and friendly outgoing personalities. Definitely be shopping here every week.
