New owners are petty and unprofessional. They called a reviewer to ask her to take her review down because they didn't like that she spoke negatively about them. They also created an account to give a false 1 star review to a company they've never been to just to be petty because of a bad review they received.
When you call, the staff is always rude and rushes you off the phone. There's really no reason to go to this location, there are plenty of options just as cheap and not as petty. 🤷♀️

Tried making an appt with Shawna and they tried pushing me off to someone else. Come to find out they fired her. She was always amazing to my 4 yo and 3 yo and not many stylist are willing to tackle those ages. Seems like new management is cleaning house of anyone they didnt hire. So down hill. No thanks

Stopped by chance for a cut. Took me within half hour. I found a picture I liked and Susan was my hairdresser and she did an excellent job. Looked just like the picture. She was happy and I was thrilled. Will certainly be back.

Worst customer service ever.all I have short hair and all I wanted was the bulk cut off..and it became a federal project. She said oh we will have to c if it needs to be thined out then it's the regular price... I didn't want it thined out..all I wanted was the bulk cut off..no shampoo no drying. They r just trying to get u to spend more money.. u lost my business and I have been going there for 1.5 yrs.

Sam's is a wonderful place to shop for the things you use and need. I try not to buy anything that might be wasteful. But I did taste Sam's sumo oranges. Wow, they were so good, and I brought some. I never had them because they looked ugly, LOL.So you do need to sample Sam's food stands.
