Was a little skeptical about price. Bit the bullet and ordered one, and I am glad I did. The handle is much more comfortable than the orthopedic one I was using. This thing is well made, and should last a long time. Great job and thank you for a wonderful product.

Love my new Purble cane! I have to thank Kate for working to get my cane out and reversing the delivery fee directly when my overnight order didn't go through. Personalized follow up and excellent customer service, made the difference!

Great when your needing a cane... I'm sure service is wonderful as long as you don't get a lane that comes apart by just using it... Days is been pay 6 months which may be the case but not by much... They look good ways to say no and they did but great until then...

EDIT: The cane broke after approximately 2 weeks of regular use. Not a high quality product at all. My 1 star review would be a 0 star if it were an option.WARNING FOR CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERSThe cane I ordered was fine enough, but I wanted to write this review as a warning for my fellow Canadian/international customers: the price on the website, and indeed the price at checkout is not what you can be expected to pay. At no point in the shopping experience does this business make it clear that YOU are responsible for the customs fees, which I have since found out is a reason that several other people have returned the product/left poor reviews. This wouldn't be a problem if they simply made this clear during the buying experience, or if the customs fee wasn't so weirdly high. I was charged $25 on a $75 purchase. I can't fault the company for the price of the fee, but I can say that this is literally the first time I've ever been blindsided by a 30% increase in price a few days after a purchase. This felt intentionally deceitful on their part. Despite a decent product and good customer service, I cannot in good conscience leave a review higher than 1 star, as, well, this review is literally a warning. If you, like me, have been surprised by this massive and hidden fee, don't bother calling customer support. Despite their attempts to be helpful, they made it clear that it was out of their hands, and that they were unable to do anything. Apparently their policy on customs fees is hidden in some corner of their website, which I have yet to find.
