Couldn't leave ZERO STARS. 5/3 is a horrible bank. Their executives all stand around while the teller line is out the door. Been trying to talk my wife into moving our business accounts. Snappy short and rude. They must foster a horrible work place experience as EVERYONE looks miserable

This is by far the worst bank that I've ever dealt with! If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since I've opened my account it's as if they're trying to prevent me from accessing my money. Every time I've had to call customer service they're rude and nonchalant about issues needing addressed. They also hang up when they don't have a proper answer.

I have been using this bank for 7 yrs. Outstanding customer service by all tellers. They give you 110% percent in an effort to handle your needs in a professional and kind manner. Can't say enough good things about this location and the employees!

This bank makes it absolutely impossible to make auto loan payments, whether it's a 30 minute wait time on the phone or paying at the branch itself who refuse to take any other payment than cash then try to upsell you on a cash advance.

Terribly run. I was waiting, customer at counter. 3 employees. Manager was telling a teller what a lousy job she does and how he does everything. Neither were helping anyone.elderly worker helping customer must have had dementia and blindness. Couldn't get computer to work but manager was busy criticizing the only other worker. 3 cars in drive though no one helping I left.

Manager yelling at employee says she does nothing spends too much time with customers. But he does nothing, no one did. I was the only one there but instead of being helped I heard how incompetent she was. He definitely needs to be fired.

This review is for 5/3 corporation and not my local branch. I had a credit card with this company for years and had a balance of $4000.00. Interest was 19% and my monthly interest charge was about $60.00 (just interest portion) I start making triple payments ($250.00 a month) to knock out this bill. after a couple of months, instead of getting a statement, I got a late notice with a late charge of $38.00. They did forgive it because I told them I never got a statement in my mail. Six months later after making the triple payments, they did it to me again --- They did not send me a statement, but were sure to send me a late notice with a $38.00 late charge. This time they would not forgive because they said it was within one years of the last time I was late. I told them this is the second time in year that they did not send me a statement on time. They also charge me 2.5% to cash a check written to their bank because they say I do not have a savings or checking account with them. Anyway, I got an low interest offer from another card to pay off high interest cards. The first check I wrote was to the robbers 5/3 bank. They refused to help me out with the $38.00 charge, and have now lost hundreds, if not thousands of interest payments form me. Don't bank with Fifth Third Bank. They are worse than Wells Fargo (which i though was impossible)

Love this bank and the staff!!! Very happy here and excellent customer service. Toll free number is speedy and the branch is amazing. I really like David Paredes, he is very transparent/honest which I really appreciate. He was forthcoming with information regarding cashing a 10k international cheque and Chase Bank was not.

I have had a friend that has been banking there over three months now and not one time has their money been deposited Into there account on time, even after speaking to multi people including Brenda promising and telling her it would be in her account. It takes well over 5 days and her rent will most likely bounce again. I have never heard of this and the lack of concern the bank seems to have for her is unacceptable.

Difficult to get a hold of an agent. Finally did after multiple calls. Gave my number for a call back because they couldn't assist me at the time and was told I'll get a call back.. Been 2 days and haven't received a call back. Called them again to try and open a card. No answer. Customer service quality is trash. This branch should do an audit on their employees and how hard they work/how much they care. They clearly dont care enough to want my business.
