Was told there was no one to help out however one of the ladies there was busy talking about herself for about 10 minutes. Time she could have used to help me out.

Becarful of a bank that has no cars in parking lot! My Teller Mark racial profile me! Asking me if I'm a US citizen. Then they charge me a fee to cash a check which came out to $80. He first told me it wouldn't exceed $25, what a Liar.He definitely isn't a people person he should work in a funeral home. Don't go to this bank. There all miserable in there!

This bank and all of their employees are fantastic! They have gone above and beyond on so many issues that have come up especially recently with many documents, not to mention having to open or transfer accounts. Because so many other banks nearby are either closing or not enough staffing, I can assure you this bank is in it for the long haul. I trust them explicitly.

Excellent service! Went to this FifthThird branch to open a new account and deposit checks at 4:35pm. (I had just been to four other nearby banks which were either closed or would not open a new account without an appointment.) Denise, on the other hand, was helpful, very pleasant and had me signed up with a new free checking account (and my checks deposited) in less than 15 minutes. All the employees are friendly and efficient. I like their convenient location and hours of operation. It's good to know they're open until 5pm instead of closing at 4pm like many of the other local banks. Being open on Saturdays is an added bonus!

Went there yesterday to open an account after receiving a mailer. Sat in lobby for 20 minutes before someone noticed me, she said I would be taken care of soon, another 10 minutes went by and I left. The bank was dead, barely anyone there but they don't care about making new customers...

Been with this bank for about 5 months now and it was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made financially. Virtually every time I have called this branch nobody answers the phone. It takes several phone calls before someone finally picks up the phone. After opening my account with 5/3 I looked into refinancing my home. Initially I was told that my credit report looked good and gathered several documents to get the process started. After going to the bank to drop off the documents I was told by Stephen that he read my credit scores incorrectly and that I no longer qualified for a refinance. He was apologetic and helped me out with how to raise my score (since it was just barely under the cut off). After three months, during which I kept in touch with Stephen, my scores had risen and I attempted to restart the process of refinancing. Stephen again pulled my credit report and said everything looked good only to send me an e-mail several days later saying that I don't qualify for refinancing because about two years ago I was late on a mortgage payment....a fact that he essentially knew for three months and was well aware of from the first time I met with him. I stayed with 5/3 because they were offering me the best rate, but in the three months I was dealing with Stephen I passed on several other opportunities to refinance my mortgage and literally the day he contacted me the Fed raised interest rates. I have many other stories of the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism at this location. Buyer beware...do not trust 5/3, or at least not this location, with your money!

Dianna Kay is an employee pretending to be a customer. Real classy 5th 3rd. How would a random customer know so much detail? All the way down to the principal being the one to tell the bank to tow. And most of that is false info. No one dented your ugly cars. And how are parents lazy. They have to walk across the street. Being lazy would mean they are siting in their car in line. Not walking from a safe location. The reason they don't sit in line is because that would cause a backup so far, 5th 3rd customer wouldn't even be able to make it to the bank. So are you really helping your customers. No. So much for "community" bank! There is an elementary school right next to it. The school provides a crossing guard to allow students to walk across the street. Most businesses, like the Tae Kwon Do right next to it, have opened their parking lots during drop off times to help the children exit their vehicles in a safe environment. Not this bank, they have threatened parents with towing, they have threatened the school, and put up signs threatening anyone who parks there. You know how many people go to a bank at 8:30am or at 2:30pm, not many. This bank would rather see parents dropping off kids on side STREETS then in the parking lot. Very sad and a clear representation of their dedication to the neighborhood.

Love this bank been a customer since before it was 5/3 so over 8 years ... As I read these lower comments I laugh because all it has to do with is the parking. The towing service was actually an idea given by Anonas new principle. Service is great tellers bankers and manager are so helpful !!! But you're right coming in the morning or at 2 o'clock to 3 is the worst time because all these lazy parents don't want to wait in the car line which is ridiculous. If you don't bank there why park there there have been times I came and there was no where to park I had to leave I actually complained about not being able to park & I am a customer !! That's when I found out that employee cars were vandalized with dings dents and scratches and I can't blame them if my car was being damaged I would be upset. Once I was there and there was an accident between two parents also were non customers. So to say they are not a community bank is funny these comments only say that because they are being selfish they are only thinking about themselves not taking into consideration the kids are running riled in a parking lot where cars are zooming in and out and where vehicles are being vandalized that is why I agree with them when they started towing and I was there yesterday and there is a tow truck on premises so good lu these comments only say that because they are being selfish they are only thinking about themselves not taking into consideration that kids are running wild in a parking lot or through the hedges and a parking lot where cars are zooming in and out and where vehicles are being vandalized that is why I agree with them when they started towing. I would choose fifth third Bank over any bank that you were to offer me they give great service they are so helpful very understanding I have never had a problem and when I did have a problem it was always resolved I love the team that is at that branch and I won't switch not even if I have to park in the grass because of these parents . Maybe they should talk to their principal and ask them to build a bigger parking lot. A bank is a bank not a parking garage !!!!

My child goes to school across the street, I would park in an empty quiet spot in corner no one used, go to ATM then cross street with crossing guard to get child and leave parking lot in about 5 mins. Management now decided to threaten and tow anyone who parks in the lot. There is only one small side road to park which is now completely blocking traffic and making it dangerous for kids. Instead of allowing parents to use your lot for a total of 15 mins a day you have now lost many customers. You operate a business across the street from an Elementary school, what did you expect?! Traffic will be slow out front no matter what at drop off and pick up due to school speed limit! I've counted the past week and only 6 customers went inside from 2 pm - 2:45pm, we have been respectful and courteous never blocking or taking up too many spots but now forced to park on a jammed half street while your employees fly in and out of the bank driving way too fast!!!! I will never use a fifth and third bank ever again. My husband has closed his account and I know MANY other parents who have switched banks as well. Way to be a real community bank!!!! Sad!!
