“Honest, kind, attentive, and overall one of the most respectful experiences ever. Many places like to upsell or make you feel as if you haven't honored someone's life if you don't purchase expensive funeral packages. This place is the opposite. Never want to go through this process again (losing a loved one is NOT a good time), but if I had to, I'd come here. Thank you all.”
“From the very first meeting through the day of the service, Cassandra Santilli was the consummate professional. Her compassion, empathy, and calm presence made one of the most difficult times in our lives more bearable. She guided us through every step of the funeral planning process with patience and understanding, ensuring that every detail was handled with care and dignity.
Cassandra’s ability to balance professionalism with heartfelt kindness truly set her apart. She listened attentively, respected our wishes, and offered thoughtful guidance when we needed it most. On the day of the service, everything ran seamlessly — a reflection of her meticulous attention to detail and deep respect for the grieving process.
We are profoundly grateful for Cassandra’s support and dedication. Her presence brought comfort when we needed it most, and we will always remember her grace and compassion.”
“My father-in-law was a real character, a true Florida man in every way. He wanted to be buried in a specific military cemetery but in a cardboard box with red wiggler worms thrown in to go back to the earth. The cardboard box didn’t make the cut so we chose a basic cloth coffin. It was so soft and had a subtle floral print. He wanted a proper military send off with the firing squad, he wanted to be buried in his last snarky t-shirt that we had to custom make. And his Filipino wife and family had his travel bag ready and $50 tucked into his pocket. All of these special and odd requests Ron didn’t flinch at and he made it happen. Yes, the worms were a first for him. hahaha He handled everything with calm serenity and the warmest smiles. This process was a first for my wife and I and we couldn’t imagine it going any smoother. Thank you Ron for everything, we are so grateful for your guidance and support. ???”
“Highly recommended! Helped my family in such a trying time feel more at ease while caring and being there for my mom. Took the time to make sure all our keepsakes were filled for all her children. Greatly appreciate all they did. All my family has their services planned our handled already. Thank you so much Archie!”

“Writing this review as a guest of this funeral home, as my family had a funeral here on Thursday May 15th 2025 to honor my aunt who passed away. Not sure about the details and inner workings of this because i am writing as a guest here.
A small venue located in Saint Peterberg, it can fit lots of people, and essentially has 2 rooms, one in the back, and one in the front. For the funeral I attended, we used the room in the front, which also had a television. That same television was used to show a slideshow of photos of my aunt. Love that modern technology can be used in a setting like this. I attended this along with my family and some of my cousin's friends. It also had a restroom with a water fountain that one can drink water from. I point this out because My dad and I were drinking alot of water. and the service to honor was nice, except well--- I'm not religious and maybe some others are, but the priest did draw out prayers like the hail mary and our father. And nothing about that my aunt will be in all of our hearts and the memories will remain, and that would be a positive thing. Anyways, I'm not here to critique the priest-- just here to say that the venue was very cute despite small.”
“They did a nice job with my father's, ******, *********, funeral arrangements. The staff at Royal Palm North funeral home were very comforting and professional. they made sure my father was recognized as a veteran both at teg funeral and the gravesite. All of dad's Social Security issues were handles by the staff and mom received her new SS amount in a timely fashion. ”
