I had very little cash and didn’t want to finance. I went into Goodfellas Auto LLC because it was next to my work and they were advertising used cars starting at $3,000. Every car in there inventory had major problems and some wouldn’t even start without Omar, my salesman, having to jump start the cars. Omar is young and probably under 30yo, he was not the best salesman and told me everything I wanted to hear, which were mostly lies. I picked out a 2011 Chevy Cruze that was full of dents and barely idled because the oxygen sensor was bad. But everything else worked, I figured I could take care of the oxygen sensor replacement in a few paychecks. Less than a week after I bought the car, the battery died and left me stranded. I had to pay a towing company $60 to tow my car home. It cost me another $200, with my veterans discount, for a new battery at AutoZone. Not to mention the car stalls constantly because of the bad oxygen sensor. I went back to Omar to see if he was willing to pay half for the new battery, he got violently verbal and threw me out of his office. I’m Italian Catholic and Omar is Muslim, so I hope it wasn’t a religious hate decision on his behalf. Long story short, there rip-off artists and buy cars at auction and then don’t do anything to them but mark up the price and put the car right back out for sale. If you like dealing with shady used car salesman then this is your place, otherwise I would pick another dealer. Otherwise, you’re going to have nothing but problems with Omar and Goodfellas Auto.
BTW, you’ve been reported to the Florida Better Business Bureau, Florida DMV Enforcement and of course my very revealing review here on Google.
This is one customer that’s taking it all the way gentleman. You give used car dealers a bad name. I told you Omar that I was going to report you, as you threw me out of your office and laughed. Bad business move, don’t ever lose your temper with a business transaction. I’m a business man myself and I got Goodfellas in my sites. So carefully word your sarcastic response, this is all public record now. A $100 refund was fair, that was half the price of the battery. But you wanted to be a vape smoking hippie and throw me out of your office.

From all the bad reviews I've read about this place selling auction junkers I would stay the hell away from Goodfellas.They ain't good fellas.They should be ashamed using such a name.No ethics at all.

I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs a good quality car at a great price and wants professional service. Offered 3k down willing to pay off in two months on an 5k vehicle Omar tells me no sorry very poor salesman ship I'll take my business elsewhere SMH car has almost 200,000 miles on it and you can't make a deal do better Good Fellas these cars are high risk anyway bad for business.

I bought a Honda civic 09 two months ago from them because a friend I grew up with knows Muhammad a long time I was skeptical because there was no test drive and you could tell the car was rebuilt my friend told me don't worry about it if it has any problems Muhammad will take care of it for you. So I buy the car and as soon as I drive off the lot the car Jerks to the side when braking Muhammed tells me I need a new tire and when I go buy the tire the tire shop tells me the control arm bolts are loose which I had already mentioned to Muhammed he tells me that's not the issue which it was and if I trust him when I bring the car back fixed he doesn't say anything. A few weeks later a lady rolls into me going literally 4 mph just barely bumped me and dents my right side fender and front bumper cover I bring it to Muhammed he tells me he will put a new fender and bumper and will fix my Ac blowing warm air since I bought the car. Turns out they never even looked at my AC he puts a used fender on my car with a ding on it and replaces the bumper cover and then wants me to pay him 900 dollars no Ac they never even looked at the AC. After all this i drive off the lot after leaving my car there nine days and part of the bumper covers are srcaping the road had to come back and stand there to make sure they fixed it properly Muhammed tried to come off as a friend and ended up with a passive aggressive attitude talking about don't bring me the car again. What a joke you got me buddy never again
