I’ve banked here for the past 8 years and today I came to this branch to make an expedient cash withdrawal but I was told they were not comfortable with allowing me to make a withdrawal despite calling my home branch and confirming my identity. They told me I needed to make the withdrawal at my home branch across the county which was not possible for me to do that day. Very disappointed.
