Adam and Gabriel were extremely professional and welcoming from the start. I traveled to buy a 2021 Tesla Model Y from them and they helped me get the best possible trade-in value for the vehicle I had and made the process very easy, helping to take the EV tax credit off of my initial purchase. I would highly suggest anyone who's considering purchasing a used EV or any other vehicle to try Honotu.

You will never find more genuine people to do business with. Everyone in there is not only honest but they are also extremely educated on the vehicles they are selling. Excellent car buying experience. Adam made the process so easy . They are very honest here, and don't try to cheat their customers, or use hard pressure sales. This is my third vehicle purchase and by for the best customer service experience. They were very welcoming and patient. They don't put pressure or rush you to buy a vehicle. They also was very detailed in information about the truck I bought from them. I would highly recommend going to them.

Good service, fair negotiation, and an interesting thing is I came looking at one car and they were very honest with some issues with it (a vinyl coating for a Tesla) and were very up front with me on the risks of lots of highway driving and the wear and tear associated with it. Luckily my wife and kids liked another car and they were very patient with a lot of our questions and I am now about to end up getting that other car from them instead, on a Sunday when they are not open as well which is cool of them to work with me on that.

Absolutely rude salesman Adam had me drive to the dealership just to be rude and treat me like dirt. I was pre-approved from car guru on a vehicle and made an appointment to come see it. He couldn't find my application or the appointment and told me to come to the dealership. Drive an hour from new port Richey to largo to have him tell me there's absolutely no way that I got that pre-approved amount shown. He told me I couldn't get that car or any car because my credit was bad and had to make it a point repeatedly that he had a 850 credit score and showed me repeatedly that I couldn't afford the car and I couldn't go anywhere and get $500 down. He absolutely humiliated me for no reason until the point I just said thanks for wasting my time and walked out. Never apologized and was rude from the beginning. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership and have worked at many dealerships in the past. I would strongly advise to go literally anywhere else.

Adam was excellent in the sale of a van. He went above and beyond helping me as we came from out of state! Customer service was excellent and he made sure the transaction went smoothly. I learned a wealth of information from him. I would highly recommend him and I will be back in the future! Honest car salesman which is worth a lot these days!
