I have used H&R Block on and off over the years. This year I moved to a new part of the state so I used a different office. It took three different tries with three different tax repairs to get my return done and I’m not even sure that it’s 100% completed correctly. Very expensive for the serving that I received this time around

Raela is the best! Nice, professional, smart and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend going to this location and seeing her! My first impression at this location was great. I first spoke to Joan and she was very polite and friendly. I had an issue with the appointment I made and she resolved it quickly and easily!

Loved to file completely electronic and the process was smooth and easy from the comfort of my home, no waiting. The staff are all very helpful and always do a great job for me. I have been using H&R Block for years for this reason.

Because im poor if i can next year i need to do turbo tax if its too confusing than i will have no choice but to use H&R block. I only use H&R block when i don't understand my taxes otherwise i must do my taxes where it can be done for free.
