From the moment I started to work on the floor after doing SOP's, i knew this place was not for me. If you're conscious about your health and safety during this pandemic, this may not be the job for you unless you're working in the offices where mostly management is located. QC lead was not my cup of tea. She was very impatient with me while i was jotting down my notes so that i could record how the process went so it can be easier for me the next time (which is MY way of learning and speeds the process up of getting the job downpacked). She micromanaged/controlled my every move and talked very loudly while being all up in my face as if that's a safe way of doing things during a pandemic and expected someone to not have an issue with that. She knows her stuff I'll give her that, but her WAY of training may not be fit for everyone. When the QC manager trained me i had no issue, her way of training me was a breeze because she was not only patient with me, she kept it very simple but thorough and was not up my behind MICROmanaging my every move. QC lead yelled at me and went to the supervisor. It's not very wise on the supervisor's part to terminate someone's assignment based off of (ONE) side of the story. But it's okay because eventually i would have left on my own. Not so much of a great experience.

My opinion: it's a good place to work! Let it be clear in all jobs the bosses demand that you perform the best you can in the job that is entrusted to you, they will not give you the free money to your pocket, but they are understanding and if you understand that you are going to work the opportunity to win money You will have it available and they value your effort! Most of the people are nice and there is a lot of discipline with cleaning, sanitation of each area and the correct packing and organization achieving quality. You feel useful and with a convenient work schedule for all those with two jobs, schools or something pertinent to solve.!

Stay away! There are plenty of other local companies that will take your business without the drama.I made several attempts to start a relationship with Ion Labs and it's been nothing, but a struggle. I had planned for hundreds of thousands of dollars in business, yet, they can't seem to work that out. I couldn't even get quotes unless I placed on order. Who does that?Ion Labs is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with as a business owner. It's been nothing but a struggle from the very beginning. Please, do not waste your time with these guys. They were given plenty of chances to come around and they can't do that.I had some serious concerns and one of the managers on a Thursday, asked me to call him the following Friday, which was 8 days away. Let that sink in. That's how important I was to Ion Labs. They couldn't give me 5 minutes for 8 days and even then, we didn't connect.I'm still waiting for the owner of Ion Labs to call me or to schedule a visit, because I would love to see at least 3 of their people face-to-face to look at them in their eye and let them know how disgusted I am with them, and then ask the owner why they still work there, when they are tearing down the company one customer at a time.I wouldn't even recommend 1 star, but that's the lowest option. I will share my story on every platform I can until I get an apology.

I applied twice and had all the right credentials and no one wanted to give me a chance, no one even reached back out to me about it. I at lesst would like to know why, and the lady at the front desk always gives me this email to check my status but I never get a response. Otherwise very friendly, always treated me with respect every time (:

Contacted their sales people and got connected with Deja Forte. Suuuuuuper careless unprofessional person. Never follow up on emails, doesn’t clarify anything. But he or she is good in sending you forms to fill up and 3 words emails that leads you to nothing but more and more confusion. Stay away if you are looking for a reliable and professional customer service and support.

Been working with Ion Labs for several years with private label stock products. Preparing to expand to their custom products which require a bit more MOQs. Their operation is state of the art and very impressive. The tour is something that will help you in your decision making process for a manufacturer.

Called in to speak with customer service and had a great experience speaking with their marketing director. I am putting together an order at the moment and all of the team members have been very helpful.
