Don't waste your money. These products are not as good as other brands that are easily accessible for better prices.

I used Jack's magic...the step stuff. Turned my steps pink. Hope it comes off.... so far it's still pink after scrubbing. Would not recommend using this product.

Helpful tech support and a great product brought my pool back to it's original color. The gray scale was removed by their #2 Copper and Scale Treatment. I'm very happy with the results.
