As bad as their products are, their customer service is even worse. Trying to get anyone on the phone to address these issues is impossible. When you finally do get a hold of someone, they do nothing but dodge responsibility and pass the blame.

Don't waste your money. These products are not as good as other brands that are easily accessible for better prices.

I used Jack's magic...the step stuff. Turned my steps pink. Hope it comes off.... so far it's still pink after scrubbing. Would not recommend using this product.
