*** Update, they just replied to my review and told me to reach out to them. They gave me a 1-800 number that is the 1-800 number for anybody, their response means absolutely ZERO..My answer to your question regarding need to reach out to you is; you have all of my information, YOU should be reaching out to ME, the unhappy client***
The woman I had the appointment with was wonderful. However, they are extremely expensive and they do not alert you to the possibility that you’ll be paying a higher price in enough time to give you a choice to move forward or not. I literally walked in with four pieces of paper- two W-2s, one 1099, and one dividend paper for stocks. They charged me $400, it literally took less than 20 minutes to do my taxes. This is outrageous. From now on, I’ll be doing them on TurboTax as my taxes are extremely easy. Also, it’s amazing that they charge $400 for someone that was on unemployment and displaced and also a victim of the hurricane the year before.. so they charge people who have gone through great financial difficulty the most money?? How does that make sense? Never again!!

I’m never fully prepared for tax season and this time was no different. Cassie patiently sorted through all my papers, identifying what was missing and then contacted the company to open portals to find the missing forms and information to complete my forms and file my taxes. She quietly did everything necessary without any heavy sighing or tsk-tsking re my missing papers. Professional and personable was the standard. She made it possible to remove any anxiety or concern from situation. She is a superstar!

I will not go back to Eastbay Drive location. I felt like a child being punished. Your manager needs a break. I was blamed for her coming in on her day off. And ridiculed for not bringing documents when I specifically asked a staff member what I needed to bring. I won't spend money to be treated this way. Not to mention I only stated the day I had available to come in. Who was staffing wasn't my choice. She's harsh and rude. I won't tolerate this treatment from anyone. I will seek other options. As I think this is what she wants.
