Louis Nole is the absolute best agent I’ve ever had. My family and I have followed him from his previous agency to Jay Littlejohn. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He contacts us when he sees that there is a better rate available without us even asking. He knows us and our needs and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. They really treat us like family. I highly recommend everybody to go to this agency, especially to Louis Nole. I really have not had the kind of personal service from any other agency that I have received here. I’ll end it here but the list goes on

I called to get small business insurance quote and Mike was great. He had it all set up for me within an hour and was very reasonable with the price. I would highly recommend using this insurance company for all your insurance needs.

Extremely slow, rude, and impersonal. Their evasive and dishonest response to this review - with no accountability or apology for their behavior - says A LOT. I was a State Farm customer for several years but the service from Jay’s office was so bad that I ended up switching from State Farm to a completely different insurance provider. I called to request a simple declarations page and the call was so long that I ended up having to tell telling the woman on the phone that I’d call back later that day. When I called again the man on the phone said the woman had left for the week and she was the ONLY PERSON who could access my quote. Even though I’d told them that I’d be calling back that very same day, they couldn’t care less about making sure someone could complete the task that day. What kind of ridiculous system do they have where they’re completely incompetent if one staff member is unavailable? For insurance you want an agent who is there when you need them. Simple as that. That weekend I ended up calling State Farm directly and cancelling my service. State Farm requested that Jay’s office call me back on Monday. But again, they are impersonal - all I received were text messages confirming the cancellation. They couldn’t even be bothered to talk to me on the phone. Because of Jay’s office’s poor service, I actually ended up saving about $1,000 by switching to a completely different insurance provider. Thanks!

I have been a client of Jay Littlejohn State farm office for almost 40 years. Jay and his staff are outstanding. If I ever have a question they are always on top of it. I would highly recommend them.

I reached out to Darlene at this agency, as she came highly recommended by a friend. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the homeowners insurance that I was inquiring about, which was just what I was looking for. From there, she helped me navigate through car insurance, and then an umbrella policy. We are now happy to say that we have everything that we need, and we are saving money! Darlene has been a delight to work with. She is very efficient, and has a very quick response time, which I appreciate!

Do not give State Farm one dollar. They will take it, raise your rates slowly, and bail on you when you need them. This is the worst insurance provider in the nation. They say hate is a strong word. Well, l hate State Farm. I can say with full confidence, experience, no qualms, and without regret. This word was reserved for a company as conniving as this one. I am so disgusted with them that l will haunt them in the afterlife. We had a slab pipe leaving the water heater under pressure burst and they said it was "flooding". We were left holding a $30,000 bill because they are a worthless scam and should not be doing business in the state of Florida. UPDATE SEE PHOTO...The letter says they will also drop you after paying nothing...Some nerve right? I will not rest until the USA associates State Farm with vomit -- like I do.

I needed a quick turnaround on flood insurance to close on a property. Michael Moore understood my needs and made the processing of the policy a priority. He was extremely patient and cooperative, and all was done in time. I imagine that Michael is representative of the excellent team at Jay Littlejohn State Farm. I highly recommend this business.

From my experience with my prior provider, I walked in here expecting a sales pitch and a bunch of talk. These guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They didn't waste my time with anything else other than my concerns. In the end I am now saving over $900 per 6 months and am a happy new SF client. I was visibly smiling and giddy when I saw the coverage they could provide for the rates they do, I thought every insurance in this area was expensive. Take the hour out of your day and check these guys out, it will likely be worth your time.
