This place isn’t the fanciest, most affluent neighborhood but there is a nice quiet vibe there. There also seems to be a sense of camaraderie almost the people there. It’s got a nice central location as well. Peaceful and tranquil place to be. Even if just for a visit.

I’ve lived here a little over a year good place to save money towards an actual home, quiet area, good schools, Cheap housing and park management is very helpful and understanding person as long as you pay your lot rent on time and keep the outside of your home looking decent.

Management was diligent during the approval process, checked everything I'd want checked before someone moved in next to me. Best lot rent in Largo. Keystone II is clean, all the trailers have been updated some sided. LPD has really turned the neighborhood around too. Now it's all elementary aged kids and families.
