I wish I had taken pictures because i was so happy with this place. Its a little hard to find. The people who work there are absolutely angels. So friendly and so helpful. They really helped me with my new insurance and getting my doctors orders straight. It was amazing because I was a confused mess! The manager was so great and front desk girl Tamira (?) Just a doll. Then the flabotomist Mark was INCREDIBLE. Didn't even feel him stick me!! I will definitely make this tge place I go for all further bloodtests.

No stars! Received an email the day before to tell us that the location is temporarily (?) CLOSED!! We made this appointment three months ago! Labcorp is so unprofessional!!

I left my house at 9am. LabCorp is a half mile away and was back home by 9:30am. The staff was professional, courteous, fast and painless. I didn't have an appointment and was in and out less than 20 minutes.

This location is the worst. I had a 12:15 appointment. I asked how long it would be at 12:30 and was told at least another 45 minutes. Not the first time it has happened here. The loser who works the front desk is rude and dumb.

Over a hour I waited in the waiting room. I had a appointment checked in in my car on my phone. Shortly after I received a text stating my tech was ready. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

My appointment was at 8:00 AM and it’s now 9:30. Don’t expect the wait times to be honored. There are only two staff members that handle the blood draws and the front desk. Clearly they are overworked. My first and last time using Labcorp.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning because it was on the way to another appointment. Was rather hesitant because of the lower reviews, but I got in and out quickly and that's about all my expectations. Labs are constantly busy so I just call around until I find one without a huge line. Works for me--as did this lab this morning.

Just completed my lab work at the 66th and Bryan Dairy location. Check in with Mark was very smooth and professional. I have to really commend Constance the lab tech. Constance technique was perfect, her warm personality definitely takes the edge off when being stuck with a needle! I would give a five star but the entrance door needs cleaning or painting and makes a poor first impression.

I wouldn't give any stars if that was a choice. Dirty location with no concept of time. Long wait. If you have to do fasting blood work don't go here. I couldn't take my medication until after the work and it was a long wait. I had an appointment yet I heard others state they were walk ins and they got served ahead of me. I waited 50 minutes. I would have walked out had I not already fasted. I am sure that's what they count on. NO concept of customer service. There is a TV in the waiting room, I doubt it works since it wasn't on and the drinking fountain said "out of order". I was asked if I had my paperwork, I had done full check-in on line. Then I was asked where my Dr. sent the order, later he stated he found it. When I got called into the back I was told it included a urine sample, fine but I had not been told. I was given a cup, two wipes and directed to the restroom. Would have been nice to be told there were instructions on the wall. Yes they were in front of the toilet but not in front of you when sitting down so I didn't even see them until I was done and if you were a man they should be behind the toilet at standing height. Customer service does not exist at this location. I assume they are raking in the money anyway so they just don't care. Go anyplace else, just not to this place! Awful.

Not the best visit. I had an appt and waited over an hour. I guess staff called out because only 2 people were there working. I totally understand being short staffed that wasn't my issue. When I was finally called back the phlebotomist felt one arm, then the other and went back to the first and made a comment like "hmmm your veins are hiding". This stressed me out immensely because I've never had an issue with them feeling my veins before, plus I drank a ton of water! I asked him if he couldn't feel it to which he replied "I didn't say that" and then proceeded to get ready to poke me. My anxiety couldn't handle his level of unsureness so I told him I would just reschedule and proceeded to leave. Additionally I saw a lady leave earlier with two bandages (one on her hand and one on her arm). I understand that drawing blood is not the easiest but under the circumstances I felt like I would've been a pin cushion.

I was waiting for hours before the receptionist told me, “We don’t have any paperwork for you, you need need to get it..” Wow! What an horrifying experience. I understand LabCorp is short workers, but to make someone wait HOURS! Just to be told they can’t help me is sad. Never will I ever come back to Labcorp, this was unacceptable.

I mean, why have an appointment time. This is the worst. Appointment at 8 15, come 15 min before per directions and wait to be seen 45mins after appt time. To corporate office - hire a person for the front for insurance, check in issues, and answer phone. Let the phlebotomist just draw blood and lab stuff, not both. It seems overwhelming, and the clients suffer. The phlebotomist were quick, friendly, and worked efficiently, with no complaints with them. They deserve 5 star.
