Juan/John the tech was absolutely wonderful! I have very few people who can draw my blood because of my vains and he got it with a special needle on the 2nd try!! That NEVER happnes so I am so thankful to have had him. He was so nice and had the best upbeat personality. Im never going to get blood taken anywhere else. He's my guy lol I couldn't be happier, thank you so much!!

Today, I went to complete my bloodwork. Mark was a friendly phlebotomist. I felt less nervous with needles. 100% recommend to complete bloodwork.

I have been going to this Labcore location for some time now. Juan and the staff always are personable and make the experience a good one! I know the job can be difficult at times but Juan always keeps his cool and handles it like the professional he is. I thank you and your staff for your diligence and proficiency with each visit!

Brenda in your Seminole, FL location on Starkey Road has very poor people and customer service skills. She is disrespectful, unprofessional and condescending to patients. I have had three terrible interactions during the last three visits and I will opt to bypass LabCorp COMPLETELY by having my PCP’s office to draw my blood and sent it to Quest Diagnostics instead. Brenda needs an attitude adjustment because she consistently treats patients poorly by talking down to them OR COMPLETELY IGNORING THEM and their TIMED ORDERS which she did late, then chastised me for not advising her about a timed test which she performed LATE when I attempted to advise her but instead, said she didn’t need my paperwork yet and to “go sit down”! I give BRENDA and LabCorp a ZERO.

This was my first visit to this LabCorp location. I'm a difficult stick but Juan was able to draw blood on the first attempt... not only is he a really good phlebotomist, but he was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back. Thanks!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I came to get bloodwork at 315 bc I have to work and wait 5 hrs after taking a medication. I walk in the door and get told its too late bc they close at 330. Any kabcorp I've ever been to has ALWAYS told me that they cannot lock the doors or turn down patients at any time prior to close time.

I needed bloodwork done, didn't make an appointment. Thought I'd have to wait (which I was fine with), surprisingly no wait! Easy check in, the person at the front desk took my paperwork and finished the check in. Michelle was the gentleman that took my blood, first off I'm terrified to get my blood drawn because of all my terrible experiences but he was great. Gentle fast and pleasant. If I need bloodwork done again I'll definitely go back to this labcorp!

The woman that works here. Don’t know her name but on 2 different occasions she does not know how to put 2 different drs orders in together. And in turn I have to go back in again for the other Dr orders. You should train your employees how to order two different drs orders at the same time!!!!

I just left another LabCorp because they were slammed and running an hour late. Went to this office and it was FANTASTIC! Clean, not crowded, and John was probably the best tech I have ever dealt with. All smiles, great attitude, and very professional.

Had a TERRIBLE experience with Juan. He is always rude but this was the first time he has drawn my blood. It was extremely painful, he was moving the needle in my arm, it left a mark on my arm for over a week.. he left the tourniquet on the entire blood draw. Refused to remove it when I asked and said it would mess with blood flow but I used to be a phlebotomist and it can actually ruin your test results. My hand went numb and after says.. it wasn’t even tight.. will never go back after that

This location can get busy, so I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. That said, I had a great experience today. Juan was the phlebotomist who helped me, and he did an outstanding job — quick, gentle, and completely painless!

Juan and Theresa were extremely helpful for my testing. I arrived confused and flustered after being redirected from another location I had previously visited. Juan immediately jumped to gain clarity on the situation and relayed it to Theresa.
Once they understood the issue, they explained what had happened so I wasn't left in the dark. They quickly gathered my information, provided clarity, and walked me through the process.
Not only did they communicate professionally, but they were truly present and patient with me and the situation as a whole.
Juan and Theresa were prompt, kind, and understood the proper protocols and procedures to handle my testing efficiently. I hope to encounter more individuals with their approach to handling missteps and confusion.
