This place is really great. Constance was so helpful when I was trying to figure out apps and loading machines. Plus, she is always busy, doing laundry or cleaning. And all with a smile. I miss having my own washer and dryer, but she makes the chore much more pleasant. Thanks Constance!

When I visit this area I've used the number of laundromats in the Seminole largo area. But this place beats them all! Nice size dryers and washers. Very reasonable price! Everything is exceptionally clean and they have a clean bathroom! What else would you need for a laundromat. Also, the staff is exceptional. This is going to be my go-to laundromat when I'm visiting this area.

I've been here twice since I live right down the road when my washer has decided to stop working. Place is clean and well maintained. Never had a problem with the machines. One or two washers/dryers have been out of order when I've gone but hey, things happen. Have had some great interactions with other people while waiting for clothes to wash/dry. I'll definitely be back and have recommended this place to friends/family if needed.

Went there because they have 3 very large dryers, one of the dryers was out of order, the other two dryers had clothes in them and they were not running for a hour so I asked the employees if they could empty them so I could use one and was told no because they are using them. The two people were in the office weighing quarters and couldn't be bothered. So I took my wet clothes and went somewhere else and I will never go back again. No good customer service

Came here at midnight and paid $10 thru app for big washer. Took my money but did not activate. Called phone number twice and left 2 messages but did not receive any response or refund. This is the way you do business? If you can only offer customer service during regular business hours, don’t open 24 hours. I am removing my clothes and going elsewhere and I will never return. So I lost $10 and the detergent and fabric softener I preloaded. But you just lost over $100/month for not paying attention. Good luck with this business model. Update: yes, your worker offered to refund me OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET. Shame on you for thinking that’s a good solution for YOUR business.

Did not go to do laundry, I was lost and could not find my way. Stopped in because it was open and looked safe. Oh my, the ladies were so nice and helpful. Gave me correct directions, if I lived in this area I would definitely do laundry here. Thank you so much. We cannot always depend on our phones. Thank you again for your help. God bless you!

Really annoyed. I put my clothes, detergent and money in one washer and the machine would not start. I put my clothes , detergent and money in another machine and I had more problems. I looked for a phone number to call for help from the owner and no number is posted anywhere. I asked at the business next door and was told that the laundromat owner doesn’t want his number posted. This is not the way to run a laundromat! I’m angry! I lost all the money I put in those machines.
