Everyone in the Largo store we interacted with was stellar.Alex, in particular, went out of her way to help us through a lengthly process! She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and should be everyone's "go to" when they need new eyewear.

I used to be a patient there before it got all fancy. If I could give this office no stars I would! Office manager is rude and their schedulers have missing screws! I scheduled 5 appointments for my family. My children and I were scheduled for 1 day and my husband was scheduled a different day. I received email confirmations for ALL of my appointments. When I called to schedule, I noticed that some of my information was incorrect as I had moved and my number was changed since my last visit. I corrected my information with not 1 or 2 but 3 different people only to be turned away the DAY OF my appointment after I've spent the time and gas to get to the location! The rude office manager stated that we should not have been scheduled for 4 appointments as they do not schedule like that. The max they do for a family is 2 appointments at a time. I found that absurd that THEIR schedulers did not know of this rule and was able to schedule my 4 appointments. She also said that they had been trying to contact me and have been unsuccessful. Now, this I found hilarious! I explained to her that I confirmed my information with not 1 or 2 BUT 3 different people that answered that phone and ALL confirmed my information was updated in the system! AND to top it off, I showed her ALL of the email confirmations that were emailed to me. She stated that they reached a gentleman that stated they had the wrong number and since they couldn't reach me, we could not be seen. I was so upset when leaving that place! Apparently, they've gotten so fancy that they don't care about losing business! We definitely will never be back there!!!

Doctor was awesome. Really impressed with his advice on my particular eye issues. Very thorough. Buying glasses was an amazing experience as well. The rep who was helping me really knew her stuff well. My insurance company was down at the time. She got me sized up quickly and put everything on hold until my insurance company was back online. She stayed on top of it and called me back as soon as things were up and running. I was extremely pleased with the service I received all around.

The whole experience from beginning to end was easy & everyone along the way was so kind & really made the experience amazing!I have some past trauma from going to eye exams when I was younger and getting treated poorly, made to feel rushed when picking out frames, and not being explained a lot of important information about my eyes and glasses - so I was a bit nervous.Scheduling an appointment online & being able to fill out paperwork ahead of time made it quicker to be seen. We only waited about 5 minutes.The entire store & exam rooms were so clean & uncluttered - felt very easy to navigate looking around at frame choices & not feel overwhelmed. There is a huge selection of frames from really great brands - definitely a little more upscale so if you’re looking for frames for less than $100 it will be harder to find.The assistant helping with the preliminary scans was very professional & explained the tests well which made me feel much more comfortable. Tests were quick & painless. When I moved to the exam room to wait for the doctor, I waited no longer than 1 minute before she came in. She was extremely friendly also - made the tests comfortable, explained everything to me very well.Alex greeted me & informed me on navigating the store best & even let us know when she was going on break & who would be able to help us.The best part of the whole experience was getting to work with the general manager Mel! She greeted us a few minutes after Alex left - we asked if she could help us find a pair of glasses that looked similar to a pair in a photo of my husband. She immediately went to work finding the perfect pair & gave him so many choices to try. We never felt rushed to pick a frame the entire time. Loved being able to sit down and comfortably talk about the features of the lenses and pricing for everything before committing to checking out. Mel let us know about some amazing promotions so we of course wanted to pick out another pair haha.Talking to her felt like talking to an old friend - she was seriously so friendly, informative, and accommodating. Everyone was!Loved being able to get a warranty on all the glasses just in case - was affordable and always nice to have. Cannot wait to get my pair!Such a great experience!

Everyone here was incredible! From start to finish the entire experience was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful and answered all of my questions and helped me immediately. It was so refreshing to not have to beg someone to look up my insurance (like most offices) and tell me exactly what was covered. Without being asked, the girl who helped me pick out glasses looked up my insurance coverage and told me from lens to frames exactly how much was covered. This made it much easier to figure out which frames were best and within my budget! There was a huge selection too! The eye doctor was super helpful and knowledgeable and very informative about my results and even was able to compare my current results to my older results and inform me of changes! Even the equipment was very high-tech and up to date! I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to EVERYONE! After my lovely experience today, I will never go anywhere else!!!

Wow. I had my first appointment here today and they are amazing. The positivity inside of this office is unmatched. I truly have never had such a great time at an appointment. Brooke and Alex especially made me laugh and felt welcomed. I also never felt myself waiting and asking what they were doing with my time they always let me know what was coming next and what to expect amazing work. The actual definition of professionalism and amazing customer service.

Everything went well. Your staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. The doctor was very good with explaining the tests and what she was doing. The salesman was helpful and I appreciate the fact that he helped explain all the differences and didn't try to push the most expensive option. He was very knowledgeable and kind. A+

They Never answer the phone..when leaving voicemails they never return your call.. charged me more money then what my insurance said they should have..been over two weeks waiting on glasses.. DO NOT go to this store..

Their inventory at this store is fantastic! I was very impressed with their inventory and really happy with their layout and great lighting. Employees are great here and process things quickly and expertly.
