This company is absolutely the worst. There’s no support after hours for a fricking sleep machine! That’s just damn ridiculous! I can’t contact anyone outside of business hours to help me! They are the worst healthcare sleep apnea company ever! Find another company!!! Or just don’t buy into this BS to begin with!

Joe Marquez from the Hudson, FL location couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating when delivering oxygen for my father who is recovering from heart surgery. He took the time to set everything up and gave us a thorough explanation about the equipment. Very helpful, compassionate and professional!

Lincare in Hudson Florida give me the best service I could ask for. They were here within 24 hours to set up my oxygen which I had never used before. Scott in the Hudson office was knowledgeable kind and professional. He made sure I understood everything that I needed to know. Nice job Scott.

8 weeks, no supplies for my CPAP. Wasted so many hours on hold with the 800 number and navigating their website. Local office doesn't return messages. When I finally got through to the supplies department they committed to ship by the 20th. Still nothing. Such a nightmare to deal with, should have went with the company just up the street that my Dr recommended.

We have used this Lincare for over a year now for my mother in law, they have always helped us with her care and making sure she has what she needed. We will be moving soon and I can’t express enough the gratitude for the help they have given us. Joe and Scott have been wonderful with their deliveries and their information. I hate that we will be leaving but grateful for them and all of their help. They have even interacted with me three kids so well.
