“I’ve driven by here dozens of times and never felt inclined to stop, but last night on Christmas Eve, it was on the way to my family’s house and I wanted to pick up some last minute gifts. It exceeded my expectations! The employees are very attentive, available to help and were very friendly. After I picked out a couple bottles of wine off the shelf, they offered if I would like cold ones instead. I thought that was kind because I would not have expected or requested that. Then when I was checking out, they offered to wrap them as gifts and it was adorable wrapping. To top it all off they even threw in a couple free gifts! A mug and a cup! Was not necessary but also a pleasant surprise and pretty cool! That experience showed me they clearly care about making sure customers are satisfied and I will definitely stop back in whenever I’m in the area :) thank you guys!”

“This Pubix liquor store is wonderful. They are always incredibly helpful and outgoing. When I mentioned that I preferred a particular soda that Publix carries, but the liquor store didn't, they decided to make space on the shelf and always keep it stocked with my favorite. The woman who works there most commonly (I feel terrible that I can't remember her name right now. I'll edit this if I remember it) is a a FABULOUS and valuable member of their team. She always points out deals, suggestions, or savings. Because of her, this is the only place I'll shop for beer, wine, or liquor!”

“I got a sub from Tarkisha today at the deli and was just the sweetest and I love her! Absolutely the most pleasant experience I've had at that deli and I can't say enough good things about her. She deserves a raise, and we should consider erecting a statue at the front door in her likeness. 10/10 sandwich and customer service thank you Tarkisha!”

“This store has been pillaged by shoplifters to the point of going under and instead of doing something about it they just allow it for reasons I won't say. This just passes the costs for us law abiding shoppers.”
“Great store. Good produce! Good meats at GOOD prices. Their store brand is the best buy. Unfortunately, they are carrying more and more name brands which are not as budget minded. That blows the Save a Lot business model. However even the name brands are priced better than pblix.
Save-a-lot really should open a store at 22nd St S and 18th Ave S.
The building is perfectly suited to their size. And the only competition is Dollar general or family Dollar and small mini quick stores. The neighborhood has NO FRESH vegetables for 20 to 40 blocks, N,S, E or W!
Save-a-lots prices and selection would be Very popular to a developing and somewhat gentrifying neighborhood. Also, discerning patrons would choose S-A-L over other overpriced chains or inadequate Dollar chain junk stores
The local demografic is becoming more and more financially stable as RE values limb steadily. Save A Lot could reap long term success where Publix and Walmart are completely missing.”
