Not this place in question but third party delivery service there policy about not changing out the water hose with existing shut under sink the sent the hose charged me and them refused to change lowes says we can't home depot did it in 5 minutes. Also delivery serivice says hall away complimentary that was lie charged for it. Lowes policy on delivery is so bad . Never again do not by appliances from them

I left my cart at the register after the another customer also left her cart because the two employees working the check-out area would only open 3 check-out lanes. The employee said we can just wait in line and if we didn't like it, we could go down the street, so we did. I hate this store!

Don't ever do cabinets with Lowe’s. You'll be so sorry you did! This is a picture of how they can't measure correctly. I bought Kartmaid, cabinets Lowe’s represents them in a bad way.! They won't even help you with simple thing like a receipt I need for your insurance. It's been over a month waiting. The representative calls every week, and she can't even get help with this

Largo Florida Lowes will not take unused items for returns. Over 90 days. My house flooded in Helene. This location has no respect for what we have gone through.

We started at the location in Pinellas Park, which is close to our home and had to go to Largo because what we were looking for was out of stock. This store offers the worst customer service I've ever experienced. they absolutely refused to honor the price from one of their own stores that was 5 miles away claiming each store is an individual entity. To make matters worse the so-called assistant store manager and employee that helped us were extremely condescending, rude and unprofessional. On Monday morning, I called corporate customer service to explain to them the issue and was assured that I would have somebody contact me within 24 hours and as of the time of this post I have yet to receive any correspondence.
UPDATE: LOWES responded to this review and asked me for a call even though I was already in their system. I called and spoke with a CSR agent and left yet another message requesting a call back and here we are a month later and nothing. Thanks for nothing LOWES, your customer service is a JOKE!

This location has mosquitoes, it doesn't matter what time of year every time I go in I have mosquito bites when I come out. Whatever you need to do to handle this I'm sure you have the hardware in the store. I will only go here as a last resort because I know I'm going to get eaten by mosquitoes, what the heck?!
