This is our second time ordering from Mattress Firm and there is a reason we are repeat customers. Mattress Firm took care of everything over the phone for us, start to finish, without me having to step foot in the store itself. Delivery was set up quickly. Bryce was easy, patient, helpful, and considerate of our time and needs. Hoping to send them more customers as they deserve the business.

Our saleswomen was very well spoken with knowledge of all the products in the store. Tried to fit us with the best matress for our needs. Explaining the difference between each one. I didn't expect to pay the amount we did but we were sold. I hope the matress is all she said it would be.
