I visited your facility while on vacation a few weeks ago (to compare the space to what we have here in MD) and I must say, Madison was exceptional in representing your company. Not only did he give me a breakdown of the options and how some of the storage spaces are used other than for storage, he also explained how to avoid having your items auctioned off. As a cherry on top, he recommended some very nice places for me and my children to visit while I was in town, such as the nearby beach and the pier for my son to fish. We ended up having a wonderful time.Madison's friendly demeanor and excellent customer service made me consider using a storage facility to run one of my businesses. He convinced me of the economical benefits and the exclusivity it provides. I'm glad I visited that day. It has genuinely changed my perspective on public storage. Thank you Madison.
