UPDATE: I came back to this location this past Saturday 3/1 to get a hotspot top up for my phone and some how I ended up leaving with a Tablet that I didn't need. The only reason I allowed him to convince me because he said that it would work as a hotspot. I spent $21 including my $10 top up and it did not work as a hotspot. At all. I returned to the store today, Monday 3/3 to return the tablet and have it removed from my account. I was told that it couldn't be done without it costing me $50?! This is crazy that I am sold something that I didn't want and did not work and forced to keep something?! It's like extortion! Another terrible experience...
Just experienced the absolute worst customerserice at this location! Her name is Tanisha. She is rude, completely useless and flat out.refuses to help me. This is where I originally bought my phone and have always had absolutely amazing customer service from the gentleman who usually works behind the counter. Unfortunately, he does not working right now and I had to deal with this woman. I came in today to make some changes to my account and she absolutely refused to help me. She demanded that I call 611. I did not want to talk to customer service. I wanted to talk to a human being in a store. She refuse to help me. I did as she insisted and I could not get a hold of a human being and she's still refused to help me and kicked me out of her store! This is the worst laziest excuse I've ever experienced for customer service. Please hire somebody more helpful? Willing to actually work... 😲

Worst place to buy a phone. Bought a phone as a Christmas gift for a family member and after refusing to purchase extra phone insurance the guy behind the counter decided I still needed it and added it to the account without my knowledge. Not great customer service!

👎Bought a new phone, new tablet & a Wi-Fi tower... They didn't have the girls phone covers or tablet covers...They took my # & said they would call when they came in...I already paid for them... They never called, so after a week I went in & I found 1 girl cover on the wall & got it, but still no tablet cases...2 weeks now & I have stopped several times...No tablet case & no phone call...Just keep my $...The guys were not helpful/knowledgeable/friendly & they didn't act like they cared...Still waiting on that phone call & a paid for tablet cover...Leah was great, but never saw her again...wtf!?!

Leah I believe her name was went above and beyound helping me explaining how things work made it a very smooth and joyful experice everyone go to Eastbay in largo and your will see the amazing customer service that young lady needs a raise to be honest ? I suffer from PTSD and she made everything about my experience greatful I went to that location and she was there ? Go Leah give that girl some a raise a bonus or some food she working hard promoting the company as a whole !!!!

Had an issue with my phone and went up to Metro where I made my purchase, and Angel was there and once again helped me out. He is committed to 💯 % great customer service.

Charged me 25.00 and said he could fix my phone guess what he didn't and I called the customer service and they said he could. Customer service is not a good thing for Metro pcs. They are the ones who messed it all up.

I came to this particular location after having terrible customer service at their location on Missouri Ave ,Largo. As soon as I came in and explained the situation she fixed it right away. Thank u so much. ❤️ She was wonderful.

I'm so very happy with this location. Roy the manager is absolutely awesome and goes out of his way to fix any problem I have with my phone. I can't say enough about how great Roy the Manager has taken care of me. I would highly recommend this location ? ?

Was in there day before thanksgiving first customer . Received the worst customer service . Refused to call customer service. Just trying to switch phones and keep my same number . He would not even attempt to make that happen . Told me to come back in 2 days . What a lazy pathetic employee !! He’s in the wrong business .
