I bought a home internet device which has only worked for 6 days.. horrible I have been back to the store that I purchased it at and gotten no help but the run around I have days up there even up to 5 hours working on this issue and still not resolved and still was sent home with the same device that doesn’t work .!! How is this customer service ? Actually bad customer service .. I am needing answers all I would like is for it work the right way I guess that is to much to ask…

This was my go to store until last week a new guy named Kurt ripped me off on the phone I purchased, and Told, that the case and the box was free, and I told him I didn't need it he still threw it in and told me it was a package deal, and it wasn't it was added on my bill, and when I asked for a refund he told me he couldn't, and told me to come back on Friday when the manager would be there, and of course whi i go back it's not the manager and just another employee that said he couldn't help me either. Be careful buying anything from this store, they are a ripoff, and scam artist.

My elderly brother's phone had some account issues. They fixed hin quickly, good customer service, very polite and understanding.
