Nice store. Some of the craft areas were empty or sparsely stocked. Saw some brand names we do not have in my hometown Michael's. Cash register person did not ask if I was a member of Michael's rewards program.

Everything you're looking for in a higher end craft store. I do think the prices were a little higher than other stores selling the same items. The past season sales were excellent though. 80% off of Christmas holiday items was a great find.

They don't carry a very diversified inventory.

Absolute worst store and also, worst customer service. They cannot handle…anything. They get flustered easily, they are lacking in learning how to deal with challenging customers and they are rude. Just plain rude. And they rest customers in a condescending way. The “so-called” manager was even ruder than her employees and they were quite nasty. Someone needs to go in and train the entire store on how to converse and communicate. The store is also not stocked well, it’s dirty and I strongly dislike going there unless I need to. I would rather give other companies the money and business than give to this company.

Came here in search of paint markers, and none of the staff knew where they were. Eventually, when I found them, they didn't have a section where you could buy individual paint markers like they do for all of the other marker types.

Yarn inventory terrible with more of their brand and less of name brands. Just bear shelves in that department. Bead and jewelry finding prices through the roof. I'd rather buy locally but if their prices continue to go crazy, I'm buying on line.
