Worst Pharmacy at CVS ever on Starkey road Seminole FL. I changed pharmacy's to Publix my prescription was sent here by accident and ounce again not filled and i could not pick it up because the pharmacist makes his own hours and closed early again. Not to mention they never answer the phone. I had to travel an hour to another CVS to pick my medicine up that i needed to take right away and had to wait for them to transfer it to there location.

Marie was extremely helpful in getting the doctor's office to approve my refill. This employee went above and beyond, ultimately making a customer happy. I was having a very bad day until Marie turned it around. Thank you for your superb service. I'm very pleased with the dedication of all the Starkey CVS personnel.

My #ThankYouThursday review was inspired by Dave W. So thank you, Dave AND thank you, CVS. This CVS is not convenient for me geographically at all. But I go here anyway because I am so appreciative of the pharmacy. I have never had a pharmacy team go so above and beyond in every way. They are helpful with all sorts of questions. They are so so fast. They multitask better than a mom with 6 kids (probably)- I mean seriously the way they juggle filling orders, talking to people in the drive thru and answering all my insane questions?? Wow. They actively do more in order to find us ways to save money. I just cannot even list all the ways they surpass expectations in delivering exceptional service. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The CVS itself is great as well. Very well organized and maintained and staffed (the line never gets longer than 1 or 2 people). Kudos to you, CVS!
