What a joke of a place, ignorant , rude as can be. All because i started Laughing when i asked For break pads she wanted to know my engine size so it just threw me off a little. She than decided to catch an attitude and talk to me as im stupid. She slams the phone on hold because i said Good lord at her attitude. I call Back and get the “assistant manager” Shawn, he took everything as a complete joke. After i have Explained to them multiple times I’m sitting in the ICU unit for my dad who had a heart attack , i explained I just Drove 9 hours to be here and i as well needed to get my breaks done. So his smartass comment was “you drove 9 hours to get your beaks done ..” long story short he took everything as a joke she got away with being ignorant and rude. I’ll take my money elsewhere .. wasn’t looking for a deal .. was looking to get breaks done

Oh my nobody in the store I'm at counter, another guy walks in, a woman from back of counter comes out throwing a part in cart, the other guy whom walked in after me goes to her asking for something, I'm seeing the worst, especially here in Florida rude, condescending. Really kind of disturbing

The customer service there was terrible. I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes to get checked out! All I was getting was a quart of oil however the man at the registers acted like I was not even there he didn't even say hold on one minute I'll be with you in a minute he just kept on helping another man fix some kind of electronic component I left my stuff on the counter and walked out he made a smart smirk as I walked out of the store! The Asian man he wouldn't give me his name I will never forget how bad the customer service is at Napa in Clearwater off Missouri

Great staff and quick help. All the employees are good but Sean is a great Manager! Helpful and knowledgeable.

Five star experience all the way! Ordered a new battery online for store pickup, they had it ready to go when I got there. Substantial discount for online purchases made the *PRICE RIGHT*, and they have a 'loyalty' program that rebates another 5% on the back end. They act like they really want my business - no problem!

Auto stores are a dime a dozen. It's refreshing when you are in one that has knowledgable counter help. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. While it's impossible to have all vehicle parts in stock, this one has had a perfect score for each visit.

Fast, knowledgeable, cheap'ish, lots of inventory, etc. I like Napa over the other auto parts stores because this place has that "I'm in a garage/shop for repairing a car" feel and smell. If you know you know if you don't, idk.

Asked to use their code reader, was told to go to O'Reilly's, so I did. I just spent 700 dollars at O'Reilly's; I could have spent it here, but I guess they don't want people to buy from them.

I have to say that I was nervous even walking into Napa Auto because I don’t know exactly a lot about car parts. This nice gentleman with tattoos and pierced ears came up and asked if he could help me. I needed windshield wipers for my Sonta and wasn’t sure what kind that I would need. This gentleman was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. When I got home my husband was impressed with what I bought and put them on my car. The price was for them was good. They work great. I will be back due to the great customer service that I received. Thank you!

Front desk guy with earrings and tattoos woke up on the wrong side of bed. If you don’t feel like working retail, you should consider your life decisions. Not our fault and shouldn’t pay for you having a bad day. Commercial guy did a great job sorting everything out.

Napa is a great company, and I previously worked for them. I did not work at this store, but went in yesterday, and was treated as if I were going to steal something, and told by the store manager I needed to leave my back pack at the door. I have never had this type of experience before, and will not be shopping at that store again.
