New Testament Baptist Church of Largo, FL is celebrating 61 years of ministry in Pinellas County. Started in a garage port back in 1961, then quickly moved to Belcher Elementary School under the ministry of Dick Freeman. The church then purchased land at 2050 Belcher Rd S in Largo Fl where the first of many buildings were built. The current pastor of this Independent Baptist Church is Dr. Matthew Trill, who was hired in 1988 as the youth pastor, took over the senior pastor role in 2000. There are many ministry opportunities for those who wish to serve, to include singing in the choir, and working in children’s club and Sunday School to name a few. In 2000 a new Spanish Ministry started and is currently led by Pastor Carlos Marquina.

Been attending for a few weeks now and I needed to hear the message today about "Grace".I love the hymns as well.I wish I could go on the Thursday outings but I work....maybe one day.....Thank you.

I visited the area on Easter weekend. The church is very friendly and everyone gave us a warm welcome. The choir sounded wonderful. The pastor gave an awesome message on the importance of the resurrection.
This is traditional Baptist church who has not compromised the message of the gospel.
