horrible place. it is so dirty and dusty inside and they steal your stuff you bring in essentially. i took in over $150 worth of toys and they gave me $5 for it. FIVE. once upon a child used to be so fairly priced but now they give you nothing and turn around sell it for 10x what they gave you. everyone working snickered when we asked for an itemized receipt.

I want to first say the staff was so welcoming. First time selling back so I only took a nice shopping bag with like 25 items. I had questions to the process and what they actually need for the shop. Staff answered every question I had and took the time to answer them all. The clothes were washed and steamed and played flat for the convenience of the store. Remember this is resale shop, not a consignment shop and to keep operating they need these items. I will go back over and over

Brought a bag of baby boy clothing all size 6-9 months. Majority of it with tags still on. They took literally 2 outfits and gave me $2.50. The reason? Wear and tear. Wear and tear on what ? The clothes had tags on them .. all brand new.

This place is a scam. I give a lot of books that were new and were way more than they should be. Yet I got 11 dollars for at least 13 books and multiple big plushies. I should have just taken my stuff back and sold it myself because the price is not worth it. I suggest to not sell any of your stuff here ever.

Don’t waste your time selling your clothes here. I brought in 2 bins of name brand clothes such as Gymboree, mini Boden, Hanna Andersson, and more.. they didn’t even look through my second bin. Everything was still folded lol and didn’t take any of the name brand stuff. I brought the same bins to another store and they took almost all of it. Such a waste of time. They need to get people in there that know name brands because even their racks are full of over priced Walmart clothes.

Was in the other day. My sister was holding my 6m old while we were walking around. There was a younger worker who had just put a baby swing on the top of the other side of the aisle we were on and it caused a bouncer to fall off the top of our side. It ended up hitting my baby in the head and leaving a mark. I informed them that it happened, the kid apologized but no manager or anyone in higher standing came and checked on him.
