The service is efficient, with repairs often completed quickly, sometimes in just five or ten minutes. Notably, they frequently perform helpful repairs, such as fixing broken frames or replacing chewed earpieces, often at no charge even if the glasses were not purchased there. The temple fell off my wife's glasses on the flight to Clearwater. We went to Optical Factory and Showroom without an appointment. As soon as we arrived they took her glasses and repaired them as if we bought them from OFS. Their service is amazing.
