I'm at O'Reilly's now. They were supposed to look at my battery. It was a little too far across the parking lot for him to walk over. He bitched and bitched and bitched.
When I was surprised at his complaining for a 50-ft walk he told to leave ....so they don't need my business. I don't guess they need your business either !
They live up the road from me. I would never go to them again. There's too many other places to get your parts and I'll give you a good friendly service. I've been to them. This place is one to avoid !!!!

Excellent buying experience. Staff was very helpful they retrieved the item I purchased on line and helped me purchase another item to go with the first purchase. They answer all my questions . The property around the store has ample parking and room to remove parts in the lot when you’re in a pickle, advice is just steps away. Lastly, the store inside is neat and easy to navigate for DIY young, the new 50, and the handy capable…everyone! Go see these guys for all your automotive needs! Thank you, and I hope all who read this have a safe and enjoyable ride now and in the future. I’m in the Model T runabout you may see around sometimes. Be safe and well.

On November 5, 2024 I went to this shop and had "Chip" accept my dead car battery for testing and/or recharging. I was told to come back in a few hours and I did so, and then Chip said he needed ten or fifteen more minutes to "finish up". Odd, remark I thought. I assumed that this was to top up the charging of the battery properly, but when he did present the battery to me, he said that it was totally dead.
I thought this was strange because he had it for a few hours and he should have been able to tell if the battery was dead or not shortly after trying to charge it. I can only come to a few conclusions about this.
I assumed that he forgot to put it on the charging station and then rather than admit that he forgot to do so, he did a quick attempt at recharging it and came to the conclusion that it was dead. I later took the battery to the Nissan dealership, and they said the battery was fine and recharged it for me.
Perhaps Chip stated the battery was bad as it was under warranty (with hopes that me being a Canadian and not likely to return if the truth became known), so that he could sell me a new battery and keep the "dead" 2023 battery for recycling (into their used battery stock).
Maybe they have a faulty testing station, in which case that is concerning to everyone.
As a result of this deceit or ineptitude, I was forced to call AAA to have my vehicle loaded onto a truck and towed to the Nissan dealership. Very disappointing! Testing a battery is not rocket science. You should be able to do better!
