So I spent 350$ on a remanufactured throttle body for my car, after three months of use the throttle body went inactive, no communication to the ECU.When I call to redeem my warranty somebody on the phone told me “we have no history of purchase” so here I am going back with my bank statement to prove I spent the money and I need a new replacement part.Fast forward a week, the throttle body goes in active again. And when I show up to the auto parts store I am told “I am going to have to figure something else out” “there’s got to be something else wrong with your car “ like the part being inactive and or unresponsive is my problem… I already spent the money ! And his rebuttal was “you can just return the part, we can’t do anything else for you”David you are not into diagnosticsDon’t try to tell me what’s wrong with my car. Your job is to find my parts in your store.This is unacceptable. And a little bit frustrating. The parts come with a limited warranty for a year, obviously I’m happy my money was returned, but by default. I didn’t get the option for another part, just an argument in store ensued.With David saying “nobody spoke to you like that in this store, you must’ve called a different store” don’t insult my intelligence David. And my reply was “I’m not about to argue with you about this right now, I’m not here for an argument”To sum this all up, you won’t catch me buying parts from an oreilly’s again, not the best experience.Here’s a picture of my 3,500$ scan tool for reference.“ETCS” or in other words “electronic throttle control system”

There is a gentleman named Dave that works her and he’s absolutely atrocious & needs customer service training ASAP. Went in to pick up two items (which were not behind the counter) & located them fairly quickly & proceeded to the cash register. I’m standing at the checkout with my payment in hand and Dave decided to help two other folks that came in after I did and who needed things behind the counter that required extra assistance. At this point I walk out & head to Advance Auto Parts to buy the two items I needed.I’ll never set foot in an Orileys again, bravo Dave ?

Stopped in to get a turn signal bulb and Jamie came out to the car to make sure which one needed to be replaced. Checked the connections,all of them were working so he offered to return the bulbs. We decided to keep them but we're thankful for his explanation and patience.

We just got our new used cop car and the floors were perfectly clean and very, very slippery. We think it was the cleansing agent? I could barely keep my foot on the gas! So, we popped in here for floor mats! What do you know? They were on sale for $10 for the set! Practically free! Destiny! Off we went in our fast, very heavy duty and incredibly solid v8 Tahoe cop car! Life is good when you zoom safely!
