Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They listen, which isn't always the case at every doctor's office. Glad I found them.

I ADORE Dr. King - have been going to her for years; she always listens and has time for me. I recently had to return for blood work and did not need to see Dr. King. This review is about the HORRIBLE unprofessional "office manager". The manager belittled the staff with patients in the waiting room. The "office manager" was rude to not only the staff, but the fact that patience could hear her putting down the practice was uncalled for. I went to the room to have my blood work done. The office manager come barging into the room (didn't knock) and proceeded to tell the woman drawing my blood she had worked too many hours. EXCUSE ME - I was a patient, in a room, with the door closed. I have never encountered she an experience. I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with this "office manager" who gives the practice a "bad name." Again - Dr. King is remarkable. The Office Manager needs to go - toxic!

On a positive note Eric Smith, PA, is the primary reason I continue to go to Our Family Doctors. Although Eric Smith is a PA he's the most incredible and thorough Physician that I've experienced in my life of 73 years. Each time I've met with Eric Smith he has reviewed my entire medical file, has virtually memorized my medical history, medications, previous ailments etc. This gentleman continues to amaze me with his thoroughness, professionalism, treatment recommendations, referrals to specialists when needed, and always has a positive demeanor . He is hands down the only reason I continue to go to this medical facility. On a not so positive note, when calling into the office I rarely receive a live person on the other end. However when I do reach a live person they have typically been very responsive. The other concern I have is that there seems to be a significant amount of staff turnover.

I have been with Our Family Doctors for over 25 years starting with Dr Rae. I started seeing Eric Smith PA not long after Dr Rae left the practice. Eric is brilliant. I can't imagine any reason to switch Doctors.

I think the doctors appear to care about their patients but I have personally witnessed unprofessional behavior by the front desk staff. I can honestly say that they are horrible human beings, they are angry, ignorant, rude and combative towards patients and the patients children that accompany their senior parents to the office for their appointments. I was looking for a new practice but because of the front desk staff I won't be going back.

The customer service at our family doctors has gone way down. I have been going to this practice for quite a while, and I have found that patients are nothing more than a number. I was diagnosed with Covid last week and was told to follow up by largo ER in Largo Medical Center, I contacted Our Family Doctors Dr Matthew Duke's office and was told that there was nothing to be done and that I would have to quarantine until my Covid went away and only then that is the only way I could follow up. Who needs a physician after you've recovered? If you need treatment do not go to our family practice. Do you have to deal with rude medical assistance and dishonest doctors.

Called to make an appointment as new patient. Refused me because of my husband's military status even thought they accepted my insurance. The lady was rude and had no clue what she was talking about. When I started asking questions she became short and rude in her tone. Yuk.

I'm just impressed with the fact that Dr. King is African!!! And she is tops!! I will Be her patient until I cant be any more. The level of competence is phenomenal. The staff is very informative and all of them appeared to put the patient needs first. I needed someone that looked like me so my comfort level was high. If you're looking for the greatest thing since sliced bread, Dr. King is your sure bet.

The staff here is super friendly and they choose to teach you how to deal with your issues instead of feeding you meds and sending you on your way. I've been with them for years now and have never had anything less than a great experience!

They refuse to see me as I didn't need to go in 2017 so I'm a "new patient" after 10 years there and they're not taking new patients in 2018. Disgusted

The staff and nurses are very good here. They are nice, friendly, and competent.I went to Dr. King for a typical check up and to freeze stuff off two of my fingers. She was careless with the nitrogen and froze all over my two fingers instead of precisely targeting certain areas. She even missed the biggest abnormality from one of my fingers. She clearly couldn't see the problem areas and I even pointed them out to her. This was a more painful experience than it needed to be.
