Movers were very professional and hard working. Movers were very careful with our personal belongings. The furniture did not get damaged during the move.

Parris moving helped me move at the end of September. There was a problem on my closing and there was a five day delay. They were so kind and understanding and stored my furniture for me. They made a nightmare situation bearable. They were fast and absolutely nothing was broken. If you are moving, Parris moving is the absolute best!

They are the best! I would give them more than 5 stars. Their service and pricing is great. We contacted so many movers and I couldn’t believe some of the prices they were quoting us even though they advertised a much lower price. So we were moving from Pinellas to Citrus county. We were buying new construction and selling our home. Unexpectedly our closing was 10 days from our actual move-out and move-in date. So we needed to store our belongings for 10 days ( three bedroom home of storage ). We let Parris Movers know our dilemma and they said “No Problem” they would store our belongings for us at an additional fee of $50 per night. And they even removed our plants from the moving truck and took care of them so they wouldn’t die. Now this speaks volumes and it’s just not that it’s the professional service we got . They treated our belongs like they were their own. They wrapped our furniture to prevent damage and packed everything so good and all the workers were so nice and kind like they were family. The owner Jonathon was there during the move and we got to know him and how much pride he takes in his business . It’s really hard to find a company as trustworthy as Parris Movers and they came to our home prior to moving to give us a accurate quote. So if you need movers this is your movers. Peace of Mind. And yes this is a REAL review. So once again a big thank you to Parris Movers and crew!!!!

Highly recommend!!!! I booked this company last minute and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. On time, efficient and very reasonably priced. My furniture was wrapped and cared for and the men were very professional, they even fixed two pieces of furniture that they didn't break. 10 out of 10. Thank you!

These movers came highly recommended by multiple moms on the Dunedin Mom’s Facebook Page. The men were early, accommodated my need for a Sunday move when no subcontractors would be in the house, and got right to work emptying two storage units to bring back to our home. Since what was there was the last of our possessions from Helene, the day was emotionally tiring, as well as physically. The team was professional, capable, efficient and kind.

This is the second time I have used Parris moving, and although I don’t like moving, I LOVE working with this company. They’ve made each of my moves a total breeze with some of the best customer service I’ve received from any industry. I cannot recommend this company enough for your next move.

If you need a moving company this is who to book! I was so worried to hire movers, as over the years I have heard horror stories with moving companies, but this company was absolutely AMAZING ! I honestly was so impressed and the movers were just great! They honestly made the move so much less stressful! Amazing customer service and communication throughout the whole process and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend them!

I booked Parris Moving for my short distance move and was EXTREMELY impressed! They were so helpful, quick, and efficient. I had to move last-minute and without help. Using them eased my stressed and made this process smooth. I highly recommend! (Bonus points: they were also extremely sweet to my dog who was anxious about so many things going on) Book them!

I scheduled a moving appt with John Parris directly between 9 and 9:30am. I sent him videos of all that needed to be moved. It would be a ranch home to a ranch home. He texted back a two-man crew would take between 4 and 6 hours, or a three man crew would make it a 4 hour job +1 hour for travel time. I’m moving day, got a call saying our job would get pushed out to between 12 and 1 Since they didn’t finish yesterday‘s job. My wife asked to do our job 1st and do yesterday‘s job afterwards. They said no. They asked to move job to another day due to rain, but rain was in the forecast for the entire week. We decided to stick to this day. So, they arrived 2:45. At 4pm into the job, the 3rd man called an Uber and left. I got home at 8:30 PM. I happily became their 3rd man until the job was complete after midnight. When job was complete, we paid cash (no issues at all) and paid an additional $325 in gratuity. We also purchased dinner for them. We were generous to them & satisfied. Even though the job took much longer than what we were told, we completely understood. They did a lot of work. And we were happy. Shout out to Leonard. He was as hard-working a man I know and a decent person as well.
A day later, John sent a text saying a bag containing all of our personal paperwork was left on their truck. We told John to drop off our paperwork at our house. He responded saying “LOL” And that the job went till midnight. It’s on our text.
His office is 45 minutes away from where I live. My question is, whose responsibility is it to make certain the delivery truck is emptied out? Is it the movers? Or is it the customer? Judging by you writing LOL, I guess you believe it’s up to the customer to make it right? Also, whose fault is it that you moved a 9am job out to 3pm?” “ Whose fault is it that you said the job would take between 4 to 6 hours? Whose fault is it that your 3rd man left? whose fault is it that you didn’t properly schedule the day before’s job and had to carry over into the next day?
My big surprise is as an owner, you laughed at me when I asked you to return what you forgot to takeoff the truck in the first place. What kind of owner laughs at their guest? I would expect more, not just from an owner, but from anyone to not act as unprofessional as that. Not decent….. sad too…..,,
I heard John on a radio program. I believed he was solid & I’d like to give him our business. The text correspondence paints a much different picture though.
I would recommend anyone that’s considering using their services just to make sure everything is removed from the truck. Otherwise, apparently, that’s your responsibility and not theirs.
