We had an excellent experience with Patio 2000 Showcase buying Castelle furniture. Mike was excellent - helped us match to some chairs that we already owned and helped me pick among the many colors and finishes so that the dining and lounging furnture would go nicely together. We went to a couple of places to see various styles and their pricing was by far the best. Lastly we ended up having a small factory-caused issue with several dining chairs and Mike worked with Castelle to get replacements. Very happy with our purchase and overall!

I recently made a purchase, and when there was delivered, I wasn't happy with what I had picked out so I called the manager and he was very gracious and allowed me to come back to the store and pick out the set. I really liked took a lot of time with me , and I'm very pleased with the service that was provided. it was a quick exchange and I'll be getting my new furniture this Saturday. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Hands down the best patio furniture store in the area. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and honest. They won't recommend something that won't work in your environment (for example, the type of an umbrella for a dock). They also do excellent work on cushions and custom upholstery. All reasonably priced; fair and honest folks.

We received great service from Kevin at Patio Showcase in Largo, Florida. We asked Kevin for help in finding not only attractive patio furniture, but furniture that would last in humid areas near the water. We love the fact that our new purchase is made from durable recycled material. We are proud to have been protective of our environment and at the same time to now own very attractive and long-lasting patio furniture. A rewarding and happy experience!

Had a great experience purchasing patio furniture. Walked in with a picture of our space and an idea of what we wanted. They took the time to help us find best furniture/brand to accommodate our needs. The customer service is wonderful and they are very helpful - I highly recommend!!

This was our second trip here. The outdoor furniture is very expensive but we think it's well worth the price because it's extremely well made. If you notice they keep a huge inventory of furniture outside all the time and the weather doesn't do anything to it. I will likely buy a patio set here.
