They do a good job overall. Yes I would recommend. My irritation was the prices went up significantly. One year ago, my oil change was $79.99 now it’s $125.!! Way too much. I understand times are tough but really? A little more transparency would be good. I was told they topped off my fluids. I asked them if I would be charged. They said no. When I looked at my bill, I was charged. Also, I was told that that oil change price was only for 4 quarts and that cars normally take 5 quarts so I paid an extra $8.99 for an extra quart of oil. That seems sneaky to me. It seems to be a corporate problem. Nobody’s listening to each other.

Staff was courteous, informative and professional. Completed my 2 axle brake job quickly and professionally, and didn't try to add parts I didn't need. Great price, would highly recommend.

Online ordering and scheduling process was easy. Tires were installed quickly. I would have given 5 stars but free alignment check wasn't done as specified when ordering.

This was my first time at this Pep Boys. Joe was great to work with. He took time to listen to me when I gave him my list of what I needed done. The work was done within a time frame that I thought was very reasonable. Joe also worked with me on a couple coupons that I had. I will definitely be using this Pep Boys again.

They answer the phone. They can take care of a whole list of services. They are knowledgeable. They take cate of you from towing to completion - with communication (in my case via text) through the entire process. They took care of contacting the tow company (in my case using Pagan Towing which I have used in the past and they are great) Pep Boys rates seemed reasonable and the work seems good (I’m not an expert so this is just based on the fact that the car is working again 😅). They took a lot of stress off my plate with their streamlined efficient service. Call them first and if they can handle your needs. Don’t look further.
