I've had the opportunity to speak with Pete twice now as I work to set up a condo policy as a first-time homebuyer, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative throughout the process—never pushy, always supportive. His team is also very responsive, which has made everything feel smooth and stress-free so far. I’ve felt genuinely cared for, and I’m confident I made the right choice in working with Pete and his team!!!

Peter increased my flood insurance coverage after the hurricanes but listed my house as a frame house, which resulted in over charging me. When another agent advised me of his error, I canceled the policy to get a cheaper rate elsewhere. I brought this to his attention, and expected a refund on the over charge.
He refused with a weird response. I've been advised agents list homes as a frame house here in florida instead of as a concrete house as a way to inflate their commissions!

You will find that all These Insurance agents do is Type up policy's for The Big Corporations, And Have Absolutely NO SAY OR INFLUENCE with Assistance in Helping their Overpaying customers with Their Policy's! They are Worthless local Yocals Collecting a paycheck ! And Stay Away from Drivewise or Milewise! It's a Scam! 👍 👎

He doesn’t read his emails!!!!! He sends emails to wrong people and obviously wrong email address !!!!! I have posted numerous emails to your company and they don’t get read! I had insurance through a different agent Allstate and then somehow got transferred to Peter McClure without any notice, written or otherwise, and now can't even get a hold of my old agents office or this one. I have been trying for two months to cancel my policy, so I did it on my own and got a different policy with a different carrier because of this mess. Rates go up every year but my agent can't even answer my phone calls or emails to try to change my policy to keep my premiums down. What a shame.
