Second time here was out in the area picking up dog food and probably will be the last time. The shelves were really empty the place just seemed dirty and not clean really worn. But the cashier made up for it she was super nice..but the appearance needs major upgrades

We get our dog Rocky groomed by Tiffany & she is THE BEST. Always has a positive & loving attitude. I always know Rocky is being taken care of & he even gives her kisses when he’s done his appointment which is so telling.
Thank you Tiffany for being the best groomer!

I wanted to purchase a 29 cent feeder goldfish for my son who has a 1 gallon tank. The saleswoman refused to sell it to me even after I said I would purchase a larger tank. Absolutely absurd. It’s a feeder fish. Was extremely condescending. I foster cats and spend hundreds of dollars a year on royal canine at this location. That business will go to their Clearwater location from now on.

Visited the Banfield at this location. Ended up picking up toys and treats of course. Nice store with plenty of options for all kinds of pets.

Well you know how they have the line cashier one, cashier 2 and cashier 3. Well usually it's just one open. And you stand in line to see who's next that's going to be open. I was next in line and the girl at cashier 2 try to take somebody that was behind me. And she was very rude telling me she already had somebody in line I said well I was next in line she's a very rude little girl. She shouldn't be working the register. I did call and complain but it was the same guy that was doing cashier 3 I complained to you already and I complain to him again. I guess the manager was on vacation. They need to set up the lines where are you staying at a certain point and then you go when they're ready for you. It's very confusing and they need something done about it. they need to get more friendly cashiers also. Cuz I will.not go to a cash register where the girl is snobby. I will be going to Petco and the other pet store across the mall.

Came in today to pick up a small critter cage and the women who helped me (think she was a manager) helped me get the box on the cart and then opened up register for me and insisted that I sign up for the Petsmart app on my phone because I would get 10 times the bonus points for this purchase. This took a while to down load the app etc and she was very patient. Then a nice young man helped put it in my car! Top notch customer service! FYI I earned $24 in rewards too!

Used grooming services this past weekend for our 2 dogs. Appt setting was easy, drop off and pick up very simple. Melissa did a fantastic job on both. Nice job!
